We’ve got the cb6000 on order and are total beginners here. What tips do you all have for staying comfortable? Someone already noted using a dremel to tweak the ring and the cage’s bottom area, which I’d prefer to skip if I can. But what has worked well for your setups?

On another note, I’m okay with doing it either way: do you really need to sit when peeing, or is standing just a bit tricky?

Sitting is the way to go because controlling where your stream goes can be tough. Some folks attempt to align everything with a Q-tip, but it looks quite odd in public restrooms. Regarding sizing, if you fall into that 90% of men, you’ll eventually find rings and spacers that fit; you just need to test various combinations until it clicks. I think most guys are better off with the CB6000, though that could be my personal bias since they worked for me. If you’re on the larger side, the curved design might suit you best. Either way, welcome aboard.

Lubrication! Apply it before, during, and after (unless you actually enjoy the soreness). Shaving your scrotum makes a big difference in how well this works.

One guy already mentioned using a dremmel tool to modify the ring and the underside of the cage. I want to avoid that if possible. But what works for you guys? I haven’t performed any modifications. Aside from taking forever to get my cock inside, it’s been trouble-free. Occasionally I experience some morning ball burn, but that has improved as time goes on. Sometimes everything aligns well enough to stand and pee; other times it doesn't. If I stay close to the urinal while standing, though, it works fine. Most of the time, however, I just sit down. I use Kept for her swabs for washing and take power shots for rinsing, so odor isn’t an issue and I never have to ask anyone for removal.

No dremel for me. Instead, running fine sandpaper around the tube’s body end and along the ring edges made a world of difference. They aren’t sharp at all, but polycarbonate is tougher than skin.
