Hi everyone,

I’ve been digging into the research and trying to figure out which device would suit me best.

Previously, I gave both an Exobelt V1 and an Exobelt Extreme a shot without much success. Basically, when I’m flaccid, I just run too small for them. With the V1, while soft, I can easily pull my penis back out through those ball-trap rings entirely. The same goes for the Extreme; even on its tightest setting, I slip right out of it.

The balls themselves stay put (they’re more secure than the shaft, though honestly, once I realized pulling out was so easy with them, I stopped focusing much on that), and since I’m uncircumcised, there’s a lot of give in my anatomy but not enough bulk to hold things steady.

I don’t exactly have the funds for a full belt right now…so I figured maybe some new innovations might help small guys like me, given all the fresh device makers popping up.

I’ve noticed reviews coming in for the Jailbird and heard chatter about the Birdlocked mini too.

Has anyone here tried The Tube from MM? Security is my main priority. If it pulls out easily, that kind of defeats the point obviously. But since this would be my first device to wear during work hours, a no-touch option would be great. I want to make sure I’m well-informed before dropping money on another one. Thanks for any insights!

Welcome aboard, Chimi. I don't think you'll find a trapped-ball device that is truly escape-proof. You can add components to make them harder to exit, but ultimately, their basic design isn't foolproof. My take is to view it as a deterrent and adjust your mindset so you respect the barrier for what it does. If that mental shift doesn't work for you, consider getting pierced. There are ways to effectively lock down a device (assuming someone breaks or picks the lock) by using a PA ring. I wouldn't recommend silicone devices because they don't block self-gratification very well. Also, many people find them uncomfortable (the Birdlocked is often cited for this). If your budget allows, the Bird Cage could be worth looking at. It's highly customizable, so you avoid that "one-size-fits-most" limitation. Best of luck!

I'm trying to steer clear of a piercing; it's just not my preference personally. I know they boost security significantly, but I'd rather rely on some sort of locking pin (provided it actually works). Thanks for the advice. To those with smaller sizes here: how are metal devices and the Birdcage/Jailbird holding up? Or any others worth mentioning? I'm seeing plenty of positive reviews, but penis-pullout seems to be my biggest obstacle. I think I need to find a way around it.

The various modifications that make pull-outs harder often take up more space inside the tube/cage and tend to press against or into the penis. This can negatively impact comfort. Just another factor to weigh in.

That's helpful info. One thing I should add is that with the Exobelt Extreme, which I did try, my penis (I suspect because of being uncircumcised) would eventually worm its way up through the restrictor, even when set quite tight. Sometimes a little tugging helped it along. However, overall the design felt clunky and wasn't using a trapped-ball mechanism in combination with that setup... I'm wondering if adjustable rings might solve this for me? Even with the V1 model, the smallest ring just wasn't tight enough, plus it lacked adjustability entirely.

My personal favorite is the CB6000 Short Tube (CB6ks). But as others have noted, none are truly escape-proof. If you really want to get out, you will. I believe a better approach is focusing on your mindset. If your keyholder doesn't want you masturbating, the device should be "just" enough of an impediment. For me, it helps to view locking as a sign that I SHOULDN'T masturbate rather than being physically unable to do so. Alas, our bodies differ greatly. It's nearly impossible to get perfect advice on this topic. But we "growers" seem to really like the cb6ks. David

Like you, I am small and uncircumcised. I have the CB-6000S and can pull out easily, whether using it with or without the KSD-G3. The KSD-G3, if customized and bent sharply enough, makes pulling out a bit harder but significantly more uncomfortable -- it leaves a bruise on top where the tongue digs in. I don't currently have a metal device (though that will change soon), so I expect my security to be lower because of the narrower A-ring compared to the CB-6000, and simply because metal is slicker. Also, don't assume a full belt fixes your security issues -- I own an Access Denied full belt and pull out is equally trivial with it. As you noted, things are just too squishy down there, making it hard for any device to be tight enough to secure *and* comfortable for long-term wear.

Hi Chimichanga; I would not recommend the Birdlocked silicone devices at all. They are very easy to pull out of... I bought one thinking the silicone would be more comfortable than hard plastic. I went for a run to test it and it fell off! Big expense for little result. After that, I searched online frantically, assuming there had to be something that didn't rely on my scrotum to prevent pull-out. I found a Kali's Teeth Bracelet and nearly bought it, but reason won out at the last minute...ouch! Finally, I discovered a site offering a security insert that doesn't use teeth in its design per se. It has a ring fitting around the penis that slides into the opening of a CB6000 S. The ring features rubber fingers that can be shortened or removed to act as an anti-pull-out mechanism. As your penis slides forward, these fingers bend ahead toward your shaft. But if you try to pull back out, your skin gets caught (like in a Chinese finger trap), making it pretty much impossible to escape. Maybe with plenty of soap you could get out, but I'm not sure that would even work. I took it a step further by adding a cock ring positioned just behind my glans (head). Here is how I wear mine: I put on the best-fitting ring (one of five included with the 6KS) and slide the security insert to the base of my shaft. Next, I loop a piece of string through the cock ring (which has rubber beads). I slide this cock ring behind some foreskin but not too far down the shaft. Then I push the string through the pee slit in the tube and gently guide the cock ring into place inside it. Using a Q-tip helps position my head downward within the tube, then I press the security insert inward side of the tube. Be careful during this step; the fit is snug and can easily catch skin when shoving it in. I started using the cock ring to stretch the skin tight and avoid pinching. Once the security insert is inside, I lock the tube and keep pulling the string to move the cock ring forward until it rests just under the flanged part of the CB6ks. I use a Q-tip again to align my pee slit with the tube's opening, and voila' -- peeing becomes perfect afterward. I always carry a Q-tip in case things shift (which they do). With both the cock ring holding my head and the security ring at the back, my cock isn't going anywhere without permission. It would be easier for me to pick the lock than to pull out.: ) There is another product from New Zealand with an anti-pull-out design called the Phoenix Male Chastity (Xanadu), but people here have pointed out why it might not be ideal either. Good luck!

Hi Chimi, I know you mentioned price is a factor, so I'm not necessarily suggesting this path is right for everyone. Justplaying noted he didn't think a full belt offered much more security than some of the devices discussed in his post. The truth is, if you invest enough money, you can get a very secure device. I know I might be crazy (certainly an exception), but I always wanted a full belt. There's something about all that steel that excites me. It's so shiny and pretty. I spent the cash on a Neosteel belt, specifically from their Masterpiece series She-Male line. It cost a fortune; no real explanation for why I paid that much (maybe I was possessed). Anyway, I can guarantee there is no way to get your penis out of this (or even touch it) without cutting the belt off. Actually, the high cost itself acts as a deterrent against tampering too. I know with the right tools and protective gear you *can* cut it off, but I'm not willing to throw that kind of money away for just two or three minutes of glory. Maybe I haven't been desperate enough yet? The longest I've gone in it is 30 days. Just my two cents worth. James

James, it's truly funny you mentioned that. From what I've seen and asked around to, the Neosteel Shemale design is the most aesthetically pleasing to me as well, really catching my eye above all others. May I ask if your endowment is similar to how I described? Have you had any issues slipping out in some way? Could you explain a bit more about that specific model and share your thoughts, opinions, and experiences with it? I'm interested in learning more. I certainly don't have the funds right now, but I'd like to investigate further. Chastity has been a long-time fantasy of mine; my fiance and I are new to this lifestyle together. She is inexperienced/new herself, but we have great synergy and have been completely candid and realistic with each other. I'm submissive by nature and try to avoid topping from the bottom, while she's growing into her role quite well with general top/bottom dynamics.

Regarding the "Chinese finger" security device: adding more stuff into the tube makes cleaning harder. Especially if that added material has plenty of nooks and crannies. Not to mention that anything you can slip on, you can technically slip off. As for the security of Neosteel belts or any other full belt designs: in the shower, soap up, push down hard against your body with the belt, lean over, grab the crotch piece and pull forward, slide a finger underneath to lift it slightly while singing the ABC song to keep yourself from getting an erection. If you want to pretend that a device is secure, then any device you can tolerate will suffice. If you seek true physical security combined with wearability—where pulling out actually risks damaging either the device or your flesh—then a piercing is currently (and for the foreseeable future) the only real option. If you want to prevent orgasm completely, though, then you're quite possibly out of luck.

That's exactly what I think too.

Hi, I'll try to answer some of Chimi's questions. First off, I admit that compared to many forum members, my experience with chastity is limited and certainly not expert-level. I own a CB6X which I use when traveling. My other primary experience comes from wearing the Neosteel. I realize much of perceived security lies in our minds. Many likely find a CB6X completely secure. Personally though, mine feels about one step above an honor system device. I can cum quite easily while wearing it, and with some effort, I can pull out—though that's just my personal experience. You asked about my penis size. Based on blogs and forums I've read, I'd say I'm average. My experience tells me size won't be a huge factor when wearing a belt like mine. The Neosteel belt I wear is the Masterpiece She-Male Sport model with a hip-style band. Unlike standard Neosteel (and perhaps other brands too), the Masterpiece hip band is three millimeters thick, offering virtually no flexing. The crotch shield is rigid and inflexible. The penis tube is shaped to completely enclose the entire penis—I mean *completely*. So this probably sounds like a torture device, right? I cannot stress enough that getting a proper fit is essential for comfort in this belt. It took me a long time to get it just right. Now it fits like a second skin and is quite comfortable for long-term wear. After spending all that money, I wasn't going to give up. Another factor is hygiene. My penis tube has ventilation but keeping it clean remains a challenge. I'd say this is the biggest drawback of this design. I am managing well so far, but regular release periods for cleaning are necessary. OK, regarding security: perspective matters. I admit my willpower isn't huge and have tried to find ways to escape from my Neosteel. Light bondage appeals to me somewhat, which might color my view on security too. Anyway, if the hip band is fitted correctly, there's no way short of enduring significant pain (unless you're double-jointed) for it to slip down past your hips. I tried the soap-in-hot-shower trick but had to stop when I realized I'd lose skin if I continued. I'm not into that level of pain, though someone else might handle it. The long and short is: if you are desperate enough, you can get out of anything. All things considered, I find my Neosteel escape-proof unless the key or major power tools come out. Your mileage may vary. This shiny full steel belt satisfies both my desire for chastity and my kink for bondage. Even though the Neosteel was outrageously expensive, I have no regrets (at least not yet). I must admit that many forum members are raving about Mature Metal devices lately; they seem really appealing. If I had known these existed when shopping around, maybe I wouldn't have gone with the Neosteel. Though I haven't tried a piercing myself, I agree with Thumper and Shane67 that it would likely be the most secure option. Hmmm, actually, the idea of a piercing seems kinda sexy now. Oh well, too late for me to switch gears easily. I apologize for rambling on so much; I hope this all made sense. James
