Springtime Shifts

Has anyone else noticed that seasonal shifts can help break a stagnation? We haven’t been engaging in chastity play much recently, but I’m now on Day 6. Our approach to meeting our objectives tends to be spontaneous and erratic, yet today we talked about a gulp marathon (for us, this likely amounts to a mini-marathon lasting a couple of weeks). We’ve observed that her urge surfaces roughly once monthly when she truly “needs” it. We aim to hold off until then before I allow any release.
