A Comprehensive Look at the Lori Model 12B Chastity Device

Last month I picked up a new chastity device, specifically the Lori model 12B. The item listed at #122 in this link is almost exactly what I bought:

I’ve been wearing CB-6000s for about five months now (and before that, the regular CB-6000 for another five). It fits nicely, offering good comfort and security. The CB-6000s did split once, but A.L Enterprises promptly replaced it as vendor/maker, so I have no complaints there.

There were a few reasons behind this new purchase. First, my wife finds the full plastic encasement of my dick rather off-putting; she doesn’t initiate touching or teasing while it’s on because of that. Second, since it’s fully enclosed, I need to take it out daily for a thorough cleaning and washing myself. Many wearers don’t remove theirs—using power washers, q-tips, and pads—but I am fastidious about cleanliness, so continuous wearing isn’t for me; I couldn’t keep it clean enough to my satisfaction.

Finally, I want to eventually move to a metal device for better security and durability, something like the Lori model 2C. The 12B seemed like a good way to introduce that idea to my wife. With just a testis ring and penis ring, my genitals are much more open to touch, making it easier to keep both myself and the device clean without removal. Although it lacks piercing (making it less secure than the CB-6000s), pull-out isn’t an issue for me. I haven’t felt the need to attempt pulling out in any of the devices I’ve worn—I’ve tried the curve, the CB-3000, as well as both versions of the 6000.

After exchanging several emails to negotiate terms, Lori shipped it promptly once PayPal payment was processed. She responded quickly to my many questions, always replying the same day. It arrived within three days, well-protected in bubble wrap.

The first thing I noticed was its weight. It’s a solid piece of stainless steel; at 5.8 ounces, it weighs more than double my fully assembled CB-6000s (lock included). The craftsmanship is beautiful too—smooth, polished edges and curves show the work that went into making it.

The second impression was “this ain’t plastic.” It’s a permanent device; ordinary household wire-cutting snips won’t break this open.

After careful measurement, I determined I needed a 1-3/4 inch testis ring and a 1-1/4 inch penis ring. The testis ring was easy—it matched my CB-6000s size (ring #3) and fit well. I even tried closing the CB testis ring while it was on, which worked fine.

The tricky part was sizing the penis ring due to several variables:

1. The ring’s own size.
2. Two studs (or spikes—dull and flat like studs) on the bottom of the p-ring, standing 3/16 inch high to prevent pull-out.
3. The locking bar running across the top inside, reducing its vertical diameter by an unknown amount.
4. The circumference (and calculated diameter) of my penis. Lori’s site says to measure just behind the head while flaccid, but I have different degrees of flaccidity: “walking around” and “trapped in a small space.” My usual measurement is about 4 inches, perhaps slightly less. My “trapped” state happens inside the CB tube (which is 1-3/8 inch wide), so it’s hard to measure directly; when ultra-flaccid, it fits easily without pressing sides.

I also knew I had to put the device on in a sequence likely to arouse and engorge my penis: testis ring first. Since I have “shy” testes that disappear into me when pressed through small openings, I needed a noose to keep them from retreating. Putting the noose on would immediately stimulate me. With lubrication required for ducking under the testis ring and entering the p-ring, plus handling my penis carefully, I knew the p-ring had to be large enough for semi-engorgement, especially given the studs.

I compromised with Lori’s suggestion: ordered a 4-inch circumference (1-1/4 inch p-ring) along with her stock 1-3/4 inch testis ring. I asked that the 3/16-inch studs be reduced to 1/16-inch height due to concern.

Upon arrival, I tested it before wearing—mainly the lock and key mechanism. It resembles a vending machine slot lock with two matching hexagonal keys. You align the key pin with the slot, push in, turn while holding the body, and then slide the locking bar into place so it can’t be removed. A black rubber cap covers the lock to keep out debris and water.

I applied my usual skin moisturizer around my balls. As suspected, without a noose they wouldn’t enter. Using the noose, I pushed them in one by one. My penis was semi-engorged during this process, making it slightly tough to sneak under the testis ring, but with water-based lube, I succeeded. Pressing my shaft down against my scrotum separated the testes, causing them to bulge forward like 3D elephant ears. Compressing my lubricated head allowed me to get through the 1-1/4 inch p-ring (before inserting the locking bar). Once past, with the ring pressed behind the glans, I guided the locking bar into its hole on the other side using a finger to press down hard against the shaft skin. Then screwed in the lock; inserted and turned the key until aligned markers showed tightness.

I wore it for six hours initially. Almost immediately, after shrinking past normal flaccid size into that “trapped” ultra-mini state, my dick slid around inside the ring, sometimes pulling out on its own when sitting or standing. It was clear the p-ring was too big.

I emailed Lori explaining this; she offered to reduce the diameter by 1/8 inch for just shipping costs (two weeks turnaround). I agreed and returned it, paying both ways.

A week after receipt, modification complete, she shipped it back. Received quickly, tried it on again. Fit was definitely better—no spontaneous pull-out. She had also restored stud lengths to 3/16 inches independently, which likely helped alongside the smaller ring size. There was still some movement, but I couldn’t get much smaller without making insertion impossible or erection (even involuntary sleep erections) impossibly uncomfortable.

Using a few small rectangles of double-sided tape around the inside of the p-ring helped to secure it further. This stopped all shaft movement, even when sitting or standing, though it is only a temporary solution.

I have ordered one foot square textured rubber sheets with adhesive backing—the kind used to improve grip on tools and weapons. I plan to try thin strips on the inner surface of the p-ring to see if they stop all movement as well as withstand showers (unlike the 2-sided tape) and normal wear. It seems that a tacky, textured material will provide much better shaft grip with the same pressure compared to the smooth interior of the p-ring, similar to how tire tread grips the road. I’ll update this review after testing it.

In summary, Lori is very reliable and accurate in her transactions. I will definitely do business with her again and would feel comfortable recommending her. The model 12B, without a piercing and without Lori’s piercing-chastity jewelry, isn’t a secure chastity device for those tempted to pull out. To be fair, Lori makes it clear on her website that without the piercing for security, this is a “tuck” device rather than a true chastity device. For what it does, it does it very well. I am happy with my order and look forward to using it in playtime with my wife and at other times for a change of pace. Once my wife gets used to the metal device and starts to appreciate its elegant design and purpose, I will consider getting a more secure, non-pierced chastity device like the Lori model 2C.

Oh, finally, my wife and I are doing a “drawing” tonight, which usually means some heavy teasing for me. I’m curious to see how the model 12B feels when I am (or am trying to be) fully engorged. I will update this review once I find out.

kelmag, thanks for sharing your experience. I had been considering ordering a 12E non-pierced version. I am second guessing that now. I still think it looks amazing even if it isn't something for long term wear. Based on how much you say your 12B weighs I have to think that a full 12E could weigh 10 ounces or more. I don't think I want something that heavy. I look forward to hearing about more of your experiences with it though. -A

Atone, Yes, you can pee standing up in it! The head is not enclosed and there is no cage or bar, so no splatter. I'm still experimenting with ways to make it more secure. Lori suggested the use of some 1/4 inch surgical tubing, placing a small segment on the locking pin as it goes across. The added thickness and stickiness of that material makes it harder to slip out. I have ordered some and will include the result of that in my review update. By the way, I couldn't find a model 12E on Lori's web site list of devices. Is it like a 12D but for the non-pierced? I am enjoying the weight and feel of this thing. Perhaps I'll get used to it, like I did with the CB-6000s I wore (I often forgot I had it on), but for now the constant pull and the unyielding squeeze applied at the first sign of an erection has me continuously aware of my genitals and at least psychologically aroused. kelmag
