Laser Hair Reduction for Men?

My wife and I have been considering laser hair removal for quite a few years, but the cost always felt prohibitive. Today, walking back from my workout, I stumbled into a salon and discovered their rates were only slightly higher than what I pay for waxing. The technician has skin and hair similar to mine; she achieved complete smoothness with just four treatments. So, I had a test patch done to check for any adverse reactions. No issues there.
I left feeling like I could finally address my hair properly. My thick black strands don’t shave well. I used to wax but stopped because ingrown hairs became a problem. It feels like the answer has arrived.
Ten minutes later, reality set in: this is permanent. If you do it, that area stays hairless forever. Given that my hairy olive skin makes me feel ‘masculine’ internally, I suddenly hesitated at the thought of there being no turning back years down the line. Now, knowing I won’t miss having balls and a crack, I appreciate how cleaner, nicer-feeling, and less visible it is. However, currently, I am completely bare from stomach to groin. Am I content with this permanent state? Probably not entirely; I’m uncertain, yet shaving isn’t exactly making me happy either…
Interestingly enough, Sandy approves of everything except my stomach hair, which she likes hairy sometimes. I didn’t anticipate her preferring a bare groin these days, but that is the case now. I just can’t visualize how it looks good with the stomach hair ending right where it should be thickening and blending into pubic growth. So, what is the limit? What have you done, or would do?
Mykey, I am grappling with this idea too. Beyond the obvious chastity-related hair removal concerns for us, I find being smooth down there makes a huge difference when cycling. Shaving is an option—it lasts only briefly. Waxing works but causes ingrown hairs and discomfort. Do I have the courage or dedication to commit to lifelong hair removal? To me, it feels like a miniature version of permanent chastity. You really got under my skin by mentioning that laser costs almost as little as waxing! David
I've actually thought about it for myself. I basically shave everything from the neck down, except my forearms. My wife enjoys playing with the hair on my wrists. lol. When I started looking at prices for "full body" laser treatments, costs were reaching into the thousands. At that time, I checked online and found that lower-end professional systems were becoming affordable. If you and Sandy both wanted full-body removal, you might consider buying a unit yourselves to treat each other. It would likely be cost-neutral and far less embarrassing than having some girl in the salon zap your junk. If I ever did decide on laser, I'd probably find a few other kinksters to share the device with or buy one outright and later sell it used to recover part of the expense. mikecb
Ab gave me a home laser unit for my birthday several years ago. The price was $1000. Unfortunately, it didn't work well for me. My hair is too light and my skin tone too fair compared to the requirements (I'm blonde with blue eyes). As Mykey noted, you need darker hair and a deeper complexion than I have. We tried using it on different areas but without much success. It failed to work on Ab as well; he has dark hair but also fair skin and blue eyes. We returned it within 30 days for a full refund. So now I wax my legs, underarms, eyebrows, and upper lip, while my sweet husband shaves my pussy. For something truly permanent, I'd need to go with electrolysis. However, after years of waxing, the hair on my underarms and legs is getting quite sparse, which is pleasant. D

It is that same kind of slightly scary, submissive commitment. Feels extreme. Yet it is practical too, like you have other reasons beyond the sexual aspect. Dev, just thinking about your shaved pussy warmed up my room! Not sure about home laser units—are they safe and effective? M
I don't know if it works for you, but imagine having a pet shark with the laser attached to its head... that would be sweet.
Sharks with frickin' lasers would be quite neat. Although I'd vote for the angry sea bass. Hot pocket anyone?
*The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was Chloe, a fifteen-year-old French prostitute with webbed feet. My father would womanize and drink heavily. He made outrageous claims like inventing the question mark. Sometimes he accused chestnuts of being lazy. It's that sort of general malaise possessed only by geniuses and lamented by the insane. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds—pretty standard really. At twelve, I received my first scribe. At fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There is nothing quite like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking—I highly suggest you try it.* OK... sorry... I'll stop now.
A bit of a turn?
Look Thumper, there are two kinds of people I can't stand: those who are intolerant of others, and the Dutch. (Luge lessons.......I am still cracking up)
Sorry Mykey, Thumper simply had me in stitches. Back to the real topic of laser hair removal. I really am considering it. But it is certainly crossing the Rubicon anyway. I have a boyish penis, and lacking hair would be an exclamation point on that trait. A fresh waxing really gives the picture. David

At my age, I'll take the compliment! Boyish = Small.
To me boyish equals (all this referring to cocks)... slim, long, nicely shaped, somewhat hairless, fitting perfectly in the hand and mouth... I've never been a fan of big hairy, beary guys (though I understand why they appeal to others... just not for me!). This probably keeps our thread on topic regarding hair removal. My husband has/had very pathetic chest hair (just a few wisps here and there), so early in our marriage I had him start shaving his chest. Then it moved downward, down, and further down... now he shaves everything (yes, legs) except his arms and head (top). I like him smooth, and I stay the same way for him. We discovered we weren't alone when we got into naturism... there are plenty of smoothies. Here's a link: D

Sure hope so.;)
Perhaps boyish = ideal for chastity.
Thunper is crazy, so I can understand;) Well if you read some of the cuck chastity porn then it is ideal for chastity and indeed must be shaved precisely for that reason. Meanwhile back in the real world I totally get your point: highlighting something about which you aren't sure. My wife had tiny breasts. Almost totally flat but with big, lovely nipples. I thought they were beautiful and wanted her to wear tight crop tops without a bra to show off her figure. She felt uncomfortable doing so. Even when she dressed up and looked great, she always felt uneasy. Beauty is in the eye certainly, but she just didn't like it being so obvious. Also that boyish thing applies regardless of penis size I think. Some of Thumper's pictures show shaved submissive men; that boyishness is part of what makes the submissive look hot! At least for me. M
Lol. Thumper's mini-me has gained access to his computer....
Mykey, I think you are right on with your comment. Part of the appeal of laser hair removal is that in addition to the smooth feel, it provides a slight enhancement to the illusion of permanent chastity. In ascending order: Regular shave Waxing Laser hair removal Removable piercing Permanent piercing Tattoo Permanent Chastity device So I am guessing it all ties into our fantasies...... so many turns we can take! David
I've been shaving or trimming since college, primarily to enhance oral sex with my girlfriend at the time. I just kept doing it over the years for convenience and because I like going commando; hating having hairs caught in the zipper. I'd never heard of any submissive connotation until a few years ago. People are just weird, if you ask me.
David I agree mostly, but I can't say piercing is high on the list. They are pretty common and not at all permanent. It's the irreversible nature of waxing or laser that feels submissive to me when combined with a committed keyholder in chastity contexts. Otherwise I agree. Tom you might find US and Canada are far ahead here regarding men shaving. It's just not commonly done, even now. Perhaps among today's youth but guys I know in their late twenties and above consider it odd; hence the association with unusual sexuality. I get the feeling that in most American universities kids are much more easygoing and this extends to adulthood. Or maybe we are just weird.

Yes, laser hair removal provides permanent results and is a very safe technique. You might get better results in 4 sessions, but it requires at least 6 sessions to achieve truly permanent hair removal.
I had laser hair removal and let me just say this: It is sooooo worthwhile. It took about 8 sessions, and I am now totally hairless and smooth down there. No stubble, no regrowth. The smoothness is really quite amazing. The laser stings while it's going but that's not too bad. I have the whole thing done: front, underneath, and back side as well. I would definitely recommend it.
