Review of the Steelworxx Revenge Device

Steelworxx arrived at my place today. I plan to put together an initial look at how the ordering went and what I think of the gadget so far, but I’ll also be updating this thread over the next few weeks with more thoughts on long-term use, security, night-time erections, and whether I can reach orgasm while wearing it without removing the device; all those factors matter for a piece like this, and a first impression doesn’t quite cover them.

I’ll begin by sharing my actual anatomical measurements. I used a cloth tape measure for everything, checking multiple times over several weeks to get accurate readings and figure out what’s typical versus unusual.

The hardware & actual device measurements Model: Steelworxx Revenge Overall Length: 95mm. I chose about 10–15mm shorter than my max because smaller usually works better for me. Most of my previous gadgets were too long and hard to wear. Also, tube-style devices tend to slide down a bit on the shaft instead of staying put. Inside Diameter: 35mm. Slightly wider than my actual measurement due to the security insert I added; it takes up some space. Plus, I prefer my erection expanding width-wise rather than length-wise. Other modifications

• For security and a lower profile, I chose the integrated locking mechanism.
• To improve comfort, I got the ring placed at the tube’s opening (listed as the “comfort ring” on Steelworxx).
• Based on past experiences with belts and other metal gadgets, I suspect a mild metal allergy, so the unit comes powder-coated.
• To stop pullout, I ordered a custom frenum fixing.

I chose this specific fix because Dietmar doesn’t offer much anti-pullout security for customers with piercings. The standard option is an insert with a hook meant to catch onto the piercing ring, but that felt insufficient; I worry the ring might slip off, and I don’t want a large loop inside my cage—it gets in the way, twists around, and pulls on the jewelry.

I liked thumper’s PA fixing design well enough, but it didn’t pass through my piercing itself. After thinking about it for weeks, I “designed” a modified version: one arm unscrews so the unit can slide through the piercing before screwing back together. It then inserts into the cage with the penis and attaches similarly to how the PA fixing works.

He apologized, saying it would be made and sent via express that week (even though I hadn’t paid extra for express). My guess is he just got swamped or couldn’t prioritize it quickly enough. Not a big deal on my end, especially since the free upgrade helped make up for the delay. The device arrived about two weeks later (today).

Initial impressions Simply put: wow. I’ve bought many chastity devices over six years, and most had issues that made me expect problems with this one too. Leading up to its arrival, I kept telling myself, “Get ready for disappointment; you’ll likely need adjustments or even a remake.” Nope. Nope. Nope. The shorter length and tube bend also curb erections before they fully form, leaving me semi-hard at most with this device (previous ones allowed full erection). I might have sized down a bit too far—perhaps 100–105mm would have been ideal—but no major issues yet.

I’ve only tried the smaller A ring so far and that’s what I’m wearing now. For reference, it’s the 45mm one (original order was 47mm). It seems nocturnal erections are triggering significant swelling, which doesn't seem easily preventable. Because of this, I've been woken up every night, and the discomfort is becoming hard to bear. The swelling appears linked directly to the insert; everything inside feels quite packed tight, and the way my penis sits with the insert plays a role here. Being uncircumcised might be contributing too. Still, I believe this insert design has potential. However, at present, I'm leaning toward an external solution—one that goes *outside* the cage but connects to the piercing via holes in the bars near the head—as likely offering better security without sacrificing comfort as much as the internal option does. I plan to pause using the insert for now and wear just the cage (unsecured) while I figure out a long-term solution. The profile stays low because of its hanging position and inward curve, making it virtually invisible under regular clothing (unless you wear something extremely snug). With other devices I've owned, I often felt self-conscious and covered my crotch frequently, sensing people knew even if they didn't say so. This device doesn't bother me in that way. I haven't done much physical activity yet, but I don't see it becoming a problem. Masturbating while wearing the cage is no issue at all; I think this comes down to sizing—the room inside isn't large enough for significant movement when erect. I tested both rings during the night to compare performance. The smaller 45mm ring led to blue-ball pain during nocturnal erections, so I removed it on the first night. Once you sort out the other issues, this sounds like a solid plan. When nearing your lower limit, even a 1mm difference in diameter can make quite a bit of impact. I have both 40 and 41mm rings for mine, and they behave completely differently during nocturnal erections. Visually distinguishing them is difficult; holding them back-to-back makes it hard to tell which is smaller without looking straight on from both sides. The area difference was notable—about 64 mm² in my case—which roughly equals the surface of a pencil.
