It took some tweaking for me too, but I love my device as well. I really think sometimes my wife loves it even more than I do. Last night after we got into bed, she rested her head on my stomach and teased me for about 20 minutes with her fingernails, lips, and tongue. Yes I know, but even custom-made ones can sometimes have measurement errors.. I had to re-order the cockring because the original one that came with it had the rod welded on the front. My new ring is 1/8 inch larger and has the rod welded on top, which makes the fit just right. It took some time, but since October 2011, I can now say that I sleep with it and keep it on all day and night without any issues wherever I go.. But I will order a tighter ring soon: 1 3/4" with top weld for daytime wear, and the 1 7/8" for sleeping at night.:) ..
