CB6000 vs. the 6000s

I’m considering purchasing a CB6000S, but after reading the site I decided to measure myself. When soft it’s about 4 inches and doesn’t get much larger when hard, so now I can’t decide which model to buy. Any advice?:)

If it were my choice, I'd recommend the standard CB6000. You can buy the complete kit and later purchase just the CB6000s cage if you find the extra length unnecessary. The parts are interchangeable. Good Luck and Welcome to the Forum

Most of us enjoy that sense of frustration because it ties into not being able to reach an orgasm.

You want something that fits well while flaccid, as that offers the best comfort and concealment. Nothing is truly comfortable during an erection, particularly at night, but smaller devices tend to work well for most guys in this regard too.

My main issues were: First - Hygiene; it's tough to stay clean without constantly taking it off and putting it back on. Second - Durability; plastic pieces would break over time and need replacing. I put it on this afternoon. Getting it in was a struggle, so I gave it one more shot lol before dozing off. It hurt like crazy when I got an erection, which forced me to take it out. Now I’ve tried again with both the ring and spacer bumped up a size each time. Fingers crossed I can keep it on longer now.

The general rule of thumb is to begin with a bigger ring or larger spacer. Ensure the spacer isn't so large that a testicle slips through, but small enough to prevent them from popping out. While I haven't run rigorous tests, I'm convinced that having too little gap space is the main culprit behind ball burn during nocturnal erections.
