CB6000S Slipping Down My Shaft

Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts and experiences. My wife and I have just begun this journey. We’re using a CB6000S which feels great right after putting it on, but over time the ring tends to slip down my shaft, pressing tighter against my scrotum. Since I’m more of a grower, my penis size fluctuates quite a bit during the day, though the glans stays tucked at the end of the tube. Teasing and stretching are fine by me; what bugs me is that once the ring slides down, it’s hard to pull it back up to where it belongs. I managed to wear it for 11 hours using the third-largest ring paired with a medium spacer, but as the day went on, it slid further down and became quite uncomfortable. The fourth-largest ring was too tight to fit at all. When I switched to the third-largest ring with the smallest spacer, things got worse—after some teasing, my scrotum and penis turned blue (cyanosis), forcing me to take it off.

Here are a few questions: Would switching to a larger ring with a smaller spacer help keep it from sliding down? Should I stick with this current spacer and try sizing up as I get more accustomed to the device? Or would a metal version offer a better fit overall? Appreciate any advice!

It’s going to slide eventually. I just make adjustments whenever possible. My suggestion is to find a ring size that accommodates everything but still requires you to push the top part down slightly into place. Then, pick a spacer thick enough so your balls can’t escape. Also, it varies from day to day—some days things hang lower, and other times they’re pulled up tight.:)

However, it might be a limitation of the CB6000S if the tube is simply too large for your anatomy. Now that my fit is good, I only really need to adjust after showering, and even then, it’s mostly because washing and drying cause enough movement.
