Because My Love for Her Is So Deep

I celebrated the 32nd anniversary of meeting my wife in Fiji today. Even though we wed back in February 1980, and through three children, job losses, cancer diagnoses, and my father’s passing remained together.
She is truly remarkable.
This morning I showered and reapplied the device, securing it with a lock.
I have to say, I really enjoy when she locks me up and keeps the key. The sound of her turning that key in the mechanism always makes me feel like I belong entirely to her.
So today I claimed the key for myself, wrote out a note, sealed it in an envelope addressed to her.
I let her know that by holding onto this key, I am offering my self completely to her.
I wanted to share this moment with all of you because giving oneself over to one’s wife—someone we deeply desire to love, adore, and cherish—is such a beautiful act.
Best wishes, Steven
Happy 32nd anniversary to you! These milestones truly matter and deserve a proper celebration. Life certainly brings its share of hurdles, no doubt about it, but it's wonderful to see the two of you still going strong and enjoying each other. Bravo! I hope you are blessed with another thirty-two years together as well.
