Two Months Complete, Ten Left...

Hi everyone. Here is a brief update as I wrap up my second month in this self-imposed year of chastity. To begin with, two months isn’t my longest stint under lock, but it IS quite a while and there have surely been times when I just wanted to be free from the device. Secondly, I feel like dealing with this has been MUCH harder because I am alone nearly all the time. As most of you know, my key holder is a wonderful friend, yet we are not romantically involved. She is certainly interested in how I’m doing and we discuss my feelings and experiences often enough, but I really miss the physical connection. Even if I knew unlocking wasn’t an option, it was comforting when my ex-girlfriend would lean over to tease me or even taunt me about missing out on sex while I strove to please her. This round feels much more like celibacy than chastity (hoping not to stir up a debate that has already happened elsewhere in CF). Lastly, an interesting find - I’ve been socializing somewhat and it seems consistent: the day after having a few drinks, I am noticeably hornier (apologies for the word). Is there perhaps a chemical or medical reason behind this? Not much else to mention right now, but I would love any feedback or encouragement!

Thanks for sharing the update. If you meet your absolutely perfect dream woman and she pleads with you to have sex, what happens then?

Thanks Rob, but unfortunately in my first 36 years no one has yet begged me to have sex with them! Good idea though! Realistically I don't see myself meeting anyone because I'm not putting out much effort at the moment.

We are in almost the same boat here. When I told Mrs. Edge that if an opportunity arose to have sex with George Clooney she would be quite happy about it, and then I asked her "Well, what about me?" She said that if George Clooney propositioned me, I could take a pass at him as well.:?
