Hello everyone, I’ve been doing chastity on and off (mostly staying locked) since late September 2012. I use a CB6Ks device. At first, I wore the largest ring paired with the smallest spacer, but eventually started slipping out of that larger ring, so I sized down one step. Recently, over the last few weeks, I’ve developed pain in my right groin area when wearing it—located slightly higher than my sac and cock region—but there is no discomfort when unlocked. I tried switching back to the bigger ring to see if it helped, but it didn’t change much. My right testicle is a bit smaller than the left one, which was also the side prone to slipping out. My Keyholder removed me from continuous wear until we can pinpoint why I’m hurting. To add some detail: I prefer high and tight positioning. My KH mentions my balls are quite large (which she enjoys), while my cock fits snugly in a 6Ks cage. Could a ball stretcher make a difference? Do they actually stretch the scrotum effectively? When locked, my sac appears as one smooth, undivided pouch rather than showing distinct separation for each testicle; is this typical during continuous wear? We really enjoy our CD dynamic; I love being secured and so does she. I don’t want to give up this lifestyle! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

I also have one testicle larger than the other. Mine is significantly bigger; the smaller one tends to slip out of most rings except for the smallest size, which feels a bit too tight on me. I'm using a 6Ks. My setup involves the middle ring with the second shortest spacer. This positions my large ball in front and the small one behind it. I've been wearing this configuration for 39 days now, taking only three days off for sports while staying locked otherwise full-time. It works well for me; you might consider trying something similar.

Dude... this whole thing is meant to be enjoyable. If it hurts, your body is signaling that something isn't quite right. Having testes of different sizes is an extremely common situation and perfectly normal. Ball stretching usually offers temporary relief but comes with the risk of testicular torsion, which can be serious. Additionally, your discomfort might stem from an inguinal hernia... another fairly common issue. Your 'boys' are delicate (and complex) machinery. I'd suggest exercising caution when trying to force them into rigid devices or accommodating kinkier preferences.

Here is my perspective on rings and pins. You want to start with the smallest ring that still allows you to urinate without too much difficulty. Then, use the longest pin available and gradually work down to shorter ones. Your two main goals are ensuring you can't slide out of the device comfortably and avoiding pain while wearing it. Regarding chafing or burning sensations, having plenty of lotion on hand is key. As time passes, your ring may become too loose, at which point you restart with a smaller ring and longest pin again, eventually working down to shorter pins over time. It took me nearly a year of trial and error with my CB6000. Now I can comfortably wear the largest ring paired with the shortest pin for 24/7 use, provided I lotion frequently. You can also prepare your area for a smaller ring by wearing just that smaller ring (without the cage) for extended periods to help achieve a more comfortable fit.
