I’ve had the CB6K back on for about 60 hours now, and it’s just too painful to get any sleep. So I’m considering the MM QueensKeep Padlock or security screw? Any sizing tips?
I think choosing between a padlock and a screw comes down to personal preference... As for sizing, since you already have a CB6k, you're in luck because that's the best tool for the job. You can base your measurements on it if you find a comfortable fit there. Since it sounds like you haven't yet found one, I'd suggest figuring THAT out first. Is the ring too tight? Is the cage too small? Etc.
I actually just ordered sizing rings from MM myself. Lots of people recommend that approach if your cbxxx isn't quite right. I'm also eyeing the QK but can't order until my tax refund comes in. I've decided on a security screw because I don't really care for the padlock option (just my preference). Plus, it's easy enough to choose a specific padlock model if you want one; they say screws are easier to hide anyway. True, no device is completely escape-proof, but pulling it off won't help much as long as it still dangles around your balls. Anyway, read some other posts that suggest leaving not too much room for erections. And add extra space if you're uncircumcised. I'm not sure why your 6k hurts though; if it's due to ball stretching, a metal device won't necessarily fix that issue. However, having a base ring that is too small or the wrong spacer can cause extreme pain as well. Good luck and let us know how it fits once it arrives.

With a bit of technique (but not much) I settled on the ring size, which was smaller than the CB ring size. While I don't own a metal device (yet) I still believe that that is a good starting place for sizing based on what I've read. That said, I will agree that it is a bit different. I could NEVER get the smallest CB ring built around my bits, but with very little work I can slip into a 1.5" solid metal ring I have. I think it's too tight for use with a belt though, but it's still interesting how the solid design can change things a little.
Ok Mark, I went for the Steelworxx Looker 01 as well. It has a removable plug and is CB6K size. I'll keep you updated...
Yes... How much time did it take?
