Order Shipped Early... But Are the Details Right?

I’m curious to know if anyone else has dealt with this problem regarding the Mature Metal product. Great news: my device is being shipped out two weeks ahead of schedule, which is fantastic. However… The delivery confirmation email listed order details that were wrong. I sent them an email to check whether it was just a simple clerical slip-up or something more significant, but got an auto-reply saying they’re away from the office for over a week. Now I’m worried (laughing). Has anyone else experienced this? Was your incorrect info also just a typo? Thanks beforehand!:)

If the mistake was theirs, I'm confident they'll correct it promptly. If it's your error (I don't think it is), I believe he will help resolve the issue quickly and affordably. Just wondering, what exactly went wrong?

Right after placing my order, I started doubting myself like crazy. I took more measurements and opted for smaller sizes. During this process, I was in touch with them and confirmed my final numbers. She had me double-check everything too. But now the delivery notice shows the original order details. As I mentioned before, I hope it's just a clerical mistake. It might arrive tomorrow, so I need to find my tape measure. The communication has been great though, so I'm sure things will work out in the end. I just don't want to have to return the cage and deal with shipping costs again. This college student already spent way too much on this shiny device (laughing).

The cage got here today! I wish my partner hadn't tossed our measuring tape. It was old and stuck at the three-and-a-half-foot mark, refusing to move no matter what... but I thought it was still worth keeping (laughing). Some parts of the order were right, so I assume the rest is correct too. Assuming everything truly checks out, I probably should have chosen a slightly smaller diameter instead. Haven't gone erect in it yet though, so maybe the fit is okay after all. It doesn't feel as tight when soft as I expected. I'm just glad it arrived. The quality looks superb up close.:)
