Hi all, just joined the community. I’m a 22-year-old guy from the US. Here’s what’s going on with me and my story; maybe someone can offer some advice. Some time ago I purchased a chastity cage from Birdlocked. It was their standard model, included both lock and keys. It seemed good to me. I’d worn it several times before deciding to sleep in it. Things were fine until I got a dominant partner and we started using the device together. She would secure my lock just before lights out, conceal the key, then get into bed wearing only panties… Pressing her smooth backside against me so she could rest while keeping me awake all night. I had some familiarity with it by then and liked it; no major complaints. However, there was discomfort at times that forced me to remove it early. After taking it off, my chastity penis would throb for a bit and appear discolored.

Here is the main issue: One night I put it on without any trouble. But during the night arousal hit and I didn’t want to keep wearing it… so I removed it. As I was pulling it off, it twisted my anatomy upward and something felt wrong. Once fully out, my penis immediately curved sharply toward the right side. This PANICKED me because I had NEVER seen a rigid chastity member bend like that before. It looked as though there were hinges on the lower-right part of my shaft… I was terrified… The reason for removal was to masturbate and sleep, but I couldn’t achieve an erection that night. There was soreness at the base, specifically a dull ache on the right side. Panic set in… My heart raced as I searched online for possible causes… I found chastity forums discussing tendon issues. It seemed to match my symptoms perfectly. That’s when fear really took hold and I had quite a severe panic attack. Months have passed since that event, but things remain changed down there. After peeing, I can shake for two or three minutes yet still end up leaking onto myself shortly after. My rigidity hasn’t returned to its former strength… If I stimulate my chastity member enough with touch and effort, it will harden, though not as firmly as before. The rightward curve at the base persists, just less pronounced now. Another oddity: when erect, the bottom feels completely hinged. I can grasp my shaft while standing upright and press it against my belly. Orgasm is normal enough, but afterward some semen seems trapped inside… I have to squeeze extra out, which I never had to do prior to this incident. I visited a dismissive doctor who reviewed my history… Noting past drug use, he accused me of seeking pain medication.

Why did this happen? Why is it still happening? Does anyone know what might be wrong with my chastity anatomy? Is it common? Should I worry? Do I need an operation? Is a second opinion from another urologist wise? Please help me, I just want to feel normal again. No more leaking. I want sufficient hardness and duration to regain confidence. Please assist!:(

Help!:( Sad to read about your troubles. I've never encountered anything quite like this before. Most cases are minor or temporary. I'll try to locate a link to an insightful explanation from another forum that aligns with my own experience, though it was different. Yes, definitely seek out a second opinion urologist. Find someone who listens and takes you seriously. Be truthful about what happened.

Thanks for the reply, any info is welcome. If it weren't so snowy outside I'd book an appointment with a specialist right away. The situation is frightening. I suspect my cage was too small. My **chastity** member would harden while still inside the device when I first started wearing it. I assumed that was standard behavior. The damage likely occurred because I pulled it out while rigid.

I also haven't heard of this specific issue but agree you should get it examined. Don't risk putting yourself back in the device before understanding what's happening. Many members here use smaller cages designed to prevent erections. Hopefully, it isn't serious. Good luck, but please consult a professional.

I have worn the cage once since that night. Just a short session for foreplay before removing it easily. But yes, I need further examination because I hate feeling limited down there. I was never enormous but always proud and content with my **chastity** member. Now it feels weak, loses firmness quickly, rarely hitting full rigidity again. It still angles left unless aligned straight forward. Believe it has healed somewhat, just not the same; quite frustrating. Didn't think this kind of injury occurred if one does proper research. I did my homework. I didn't wear it continuously at first; eased into it gradually. I believe removing it was what hurt/damaged my **chastity** anatomy. That split-second choice to pull while hard rather than waiting for flaccidity caused the issue. Likely a tendon problem, probably a torn tendon on the right side. One thing I've noticed is that the base of the right side now has a prominent vein.

Any more replies and assistance would be very much appreciated regarding my **chastity** situation.

Never heard of this either, but I agree you should see a doctor. Please update us so we can learn more about what caused your **chastity** issue. Best wishes.

First things first, as others mentioned...have a board-certified urologist examine you. Secondly, your worry about this problem might be negatively impacting erection quality and stamina. A visit to a skilled professional will likely lower your anxiety significantly. Honestly... I can lose a rock-hard **chastity** erection when work thoughts intrude. You are probably dealing mostly with 'performance anxiety'. Good luck!

I'm an ex-paramedic with medical background. Please get it examined by a doctor. Tendon injuries aren't necessarily severe, but they can lead to other unpleasant complications. Stay out of the device until checked. Then once recovered, have your partner **lock** you up and hide the **key**!

member_3b7da98357 31 Aug 2026 #13

thanks happyman. I'll get it checked as soon as possible. This is annoying. I fear this might be permanent **chastity** damage.

Sounds like penile "fracture" or tearing of the tunica albuginea. Occurs frequently during intercourse if withdrawal is accidental and misses the entry point. You should be okay but get it checked.

Thanks man. I'm going to discuss this with my regular doctor today and request another urologist referral.

You should be okay but get it checked. This seems plausible. Penile fractures vary in severity. They involve soft membranous tissue rather than tendons, making up most of the **chastity** shaft surrounding the urethra. I recall reading that it often happens when "the woman lifts up and is in orbit then comes back down; the penis can strike the ischial spine instead of re-entering the vaginal canal..." That was one of my favorite clinical descriptions using 'in orbit' for sex, which amused me. Anyway... tangential thought... this needs urological evaluation. I suspect part is mental due to anxiety over the injury, and perhaps partly organic since dribbling could stem from an anatomical urethral abnormality caused by trauma. It requires a urologist's check. Standard disclaimer: Please consult a physician; do not treat my words or any internet source as definitive medical advice, diagnosis, or consultation.

That was one of my favorite clinical descriptions using 'in orbit' for sex, which amused me. This happened to me once, getting bent exactly during ejaculation... I had a sudden realization about the meaning of "get bent." It hurt intensely and I saw blood in urine for several days. *That* kind terrified me.

Perhaps a ruptured blood vessel?

Well I mentioned it to my regular doctor and he said he'd check it next month. (I see him monthly for meds) so hoping everything is fine. He thinks he'll refer me to a urologist for thorough testing. For now we're addressing other issues I've been facing. Still feel dull pain, especially when tugging on the **chastity** member. Still masturbating normally enough, just not forcing it into that tiny cage:P Does anyone recommend a chastity device with a wider tube? I'm about 6 inches (or less?) but often erect within my own pelvis. Prefer if my penis can stand more freely outside the body contour. The Birdlocked cage is simply too small for me. I do have an older metal **chastity** CAGE STYLED device bought on eBay.. But its ring fits poorly around both penis and testicles. (Birdlocked's ring has same issue) Need something offering multiple ring sizes and perhaps a longer cage body. Hoping to find better fit for my anatomy. Any suggestions?

You don't want to cause permanent damage **chastity** injury. Once healed, consider ordering a ring kit from Mature Metal...they're affordable and let you measure your penis and scrotum accurately under various conditions. Even if you don't buy one of their excellent devices, it helps determine what finally suits you best.

Hi man. I know this thread is very old and you likely won't see it... But your problem mirrors mine exactly and I'm quite scared about it too. Curious if you ever returned to normal. Reading through, the same thing occurred to me. My damage is also at the base but my erect shaft seems "broken" pointing downward rather than sideways as in your case. Like you, felt myself hardening "inside," with erection appearing distorted by the cage shape. Not firm enough, can't maintain hardness, and just not fully rigid. Also struggle to ejaculate; feel production happening but it's a dryish, elongated forced **orgasm** trying to squeeze out like yours does. This is frustrating. Seeing urologist Wednesday fearing worst-case scenario and hope you got good news eventually. Had strong erections before wearing the device for two weeks (except about 5 hours daily). Hate thinking I gave myself permanent ED due to a rookie mistake **chastity** error. This has been an issue for roughly one month.

You definitely need a larger cage, and please visit a doctor for the **chastity** issue.
