Getting Used to the Device

It’s a frequent topic of conversation. Thumper and the rest offer plenty of advice. I’m approaching my second day in the JailBird device, and its comfort level has caught me off guard slightly. Still, there’s a nagging worry that some pinching or rubbing is happening without my awareness—though one would expect to feel it. What kind of twisting motion do you recommend? One thing is certain: I’m definitely not exercising while wearing it. The environment stays dry.

You'd likely spot it if something was wrong. There's no harm in glancing at it occasionally until you're sure everything is settling well.
