I realize I haven’t been around much lately because things have been hectic, but now a new issue has come up for you all. As I noted before, I’ve been testing out the CB-6000S. The trouble right now is that after three hours inside it, my testicles turn dark blue, making me wonder about safety concerns with this device, which forces me to remove it. So, should I keep using it as is or maybe look for a different model down the road?

That situation isn't safe; you need to take it off and fix the issue. -A

I side with Atone. Don't wear it until you determine the cause; there are a few possibilities. **If I experienced discoloration like yours, I would let everything rest for 24 hours. If your darkening persists, keep wearing and hope it clears up.** The base ring might be too constricting. Can you fit at least one finger between the ring and your scrotum? My first step would be to use just the base ring on its own. Start with the largest size. Check yourself regularly to see if the issue reappears. If it's fine after a day, try moving down one size for another day. If the problem returns with the smaller ring, go back up and stick with the larger one for a day. This method helps identify the correct base ring fit. Once you find that right-sized base ring, attach the cage using the largest spacer. Keep monitoring closely. If it holds up after a day, try a shorter spacer until discomfort returns, then switch to the next longer one. If none of these steps help, I'd be at a loss for what to do next. Also, if you've used other CBxxxx models before, remember regarding the CB6000: its flatter top design might require a larger ring than your previous ones.

Truthfully speaking, only the largest ring size truly fits me; all the others are way too snug! Even with that biggest ring, I can't slip a finger into the gap between it and my scrotum. This makes me think my testicles might be slightly too big for this specific model. Could I sand down the ring material and then re-laminate it? I'd definitely need some sandpaper for this task, though I'm unsure which types of laminates are currently available on the market...

What size spacer are you using?

I would follow Locked by LRC's advice and wear just the ring to see how it performs (checking frequently). If you can keep that ring on for a day or two without issue, then you know there isn't a fundamental fit problem with its size, allowing you to move forward testing different spacers. However, if wearing that specific ring causes problems, get a larger one; my local adult shop stocks several sizes, so give those a try. Once you find a ring that doesn't cause discoloration, look into options for getting a bigger ring made for your CB6Ks or perhaps searching for an entirely different device. -A p.s. I didn't mean to be brief in my earlier reply; I just wanted to get the main point out quickly. You definitely don't want to risk leaving your balls turning dark blue.

Alright! The ring itself isn't too bothersome for me personally, but I tried using both the largest spacer and the largest ring together and still encountered those same coloration issues. I measured my scrotum with the ruler on my multi-tool (which every man should own!) and believe a 2 1/4" ring would likely be ideal. The real catch is that I don't think they actually manufacture rings in exactly 2 1/4" size... If anyone knows otherwise, your input would be greatly appreciated!

Actually, a 2 1/8" ring might work just as well. I couldn't help but notice that this size is available in the Birdlocked device... So I'm going to send an email regarding this and see if we can resolve it...

Wait a minute! There are no returns accepted at the site... Well I guess I'm stuck with this one! Hey! Is anyone interested in buying my barely used CB-6000S? I've only worn it a few times and have cleaned it thoroughly!
