one testicle slips through the ring during sleep

I’ve been wearing the 3000 for a few weeks and I’m quite happy with it. During daylight hours, it feels nearly impossible to free my testicles without significant pain. However, over the past three nights, my left testicle has managed to slip through the ring while I sleep. Since I am right-handed and my left testicle is slightly smaller and positioned higher than the right one, I find myself cutting open the plastic lock each morning to reattach it with a new one. (My job requires passing through metal detectors daily). It’s an annoyance and I’ll go through locks quickly enough. But it also opens up the possibility of cheating. I could simply tell my wife that I cut the lock because my nut slipped out again. Still, I don’t want to cheat even though the temptation is there. I was considering adding a leather strap at night somehow—perhaps underneath the testicles and over the top of the device or something similar. Does anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? I haven't used a cb-3000 myself, but have you considered trying a smaller spacer? I've dealt with my left ball escaping as well. It has been smaller and softer since getting a hernia years ago. My escapes happen with both of my devices, although not typically at night while sleeping. Reducing the gap by using a smaller spacer size helped me with my cb-6000s.

I used the smallest spacer last night and it happened again. I plan to try going down a size on the spacer. I just get a bit anxious about having something so tight that it might cause damage. During the day, when I'm moving around, the skin over my testicles stretches very tautly. They seem okay; I think this is because the device tends to slide down along the scrotum until the balls stop it. At night, everything loosens up again. Have you experienced something similar? You need to use a smaller base ring and/or close up the gap. It's really about finding the right combination of base ring and spacer sizes.

Fortunately, it doesn't happen too often, though I did have one slip while playing with our new dildo yesterday.:o I was getting aroused, and my balls were tightening as I used the dildo. I don't slip out, but sometimes the burning is hard to ignore. I have to keep pulling the skin through to relieve it; it wakes me up three or four times a night as well. I am using a CB600 second down ring size with the smallest spacer. I think I need to go down another ring size, but it burns terribly almost immediately.

Just saw this post. I have the same problem; my right ball is half the size of the left. It constantly escapes regardless of what device or ring combination I use—the little thing will eventually get out. My solution is to trap only the larger ball, keeping a very snug fit. It takes me about a week to work down into the correct ring sizes, and once I reach that secure spot, I have a few drinks at night to help sleep through the pain of that first nocturnal erection. I started this on Friday night, and now I'm in a very snug situation. What's more, Mrs K loves it because I can't even manage an erection approaching one. I love it too because I am totally stuffed, unable to get any stimulation, feeling completely helpless and under her control. And that is what it's all about.

I solved it through patience, seriously. I kept trying smaller base rings and spacers. I was also worried about causing damage with a spacer that was too small. Eventually, I found the size I needed (which seemed tiny at first) along with the smallest spacer. It was uncomfortable initially, but I worked up to wearing it full time. I checked my testicles for signs of damage regularly. Look out for extreme darkening (more than usual when you normally wear your 3000), and most importantly, coldness or numbness in the balls—that indicates it's too tight. At night our testicles get tighter, likely due to nighttime erections, which is probably when they slip out. You can actually go down to a fairly small base ring. Sometimes when you are hanging loose, encircle behind your sac with your thumb and forefinger; you'll be surprised how small it really is. Keep experimenting. I've read that some guys don't use a spacer at all. Since I didn't need to get quite that small, I can't say for sure if it works without one.

Largest ring CB6000s & Big spacer. I have the same problem. One ball (the right one) is much higher than the left, almost inside my body, and causes so much pain that I sometimes ask my KH if I can adjust it. If I don't adjust, eventually the ball escapes, leaving only one trapped. If I sit down, I can escape easily with just one ball out. For this reason, I am allowed to take it off at work (since I do shift work), but I wear it 100% of the time at home. My KH wants to get this sorted so I will start wearing it full-time both at work and at home. Ordering a Chrome setup soon to see if that improves things.

I had the same problem. It turned out the cock ring was too large. I started with a 2" ring which allowed the escape. I dropped down to 1 7/8 and that stopped it from slipping out. However, I could still fit two fingers between the ring and my shaft. Now I wear a 1 3/4 ring; it barely lets one finger in. It felt quite tight at first, but after a few hours, I hardly notice it. The CB series plastic cages have a couple of drawbacks. The biggest one, in my opinion (I've tested three so far), is that the acrylic rings aren't smooth enough. Although they look optically clear, the plastic itself tends to stick to the skin, causing pain with any movement. Switching to stainless steel cured this problem.

A problem that can occur with plastic is the "give and take" in the gap between the base ring and the bottom of the cage. A 3/8" spacer gap at the top pin on a CB series device can expand to be a 1/2" gap or more at the bottom depending on the pressure exerted in that area. This variation allows something to sneak through.:shock: Once you move onto a custom-made metal device, you will find that a 3/8" gap remains truly 3/8" consistently around the entire circumference.

I too had issues with the plastic CB series models. Not so much with the Mature Metal version. I think the difference is that if you look closely at the plastic ones, the cage aligns more toward the top, making it off-center and creating an uneven gap. The bottom gap ends up larger than on the sides. With my Mature Metal one, the tube is centered, providing an even distance all the way around. I haven't had any escapes since switching to steel!:)
