So I’ve been battling this issue ever since I brought chastity into my girlfriend’s life. I had experimented with it before without any trouble, but after spending three days in a cage using the wrong lubricant (total noob!) I triggered some problems that seemed to clear up… so I believed at least. Since then, I did proper research and discovered that baby oil or silicone lube, or even keeping it dry, works best. So when I introduced my CB6000 to her, she loved it, and right away I left the key with her. About three hours later, I peeked inside the opaque cage because the little guy felt odd and noticed this strange puffiness or swelling around my urethra tip. Immediately, I was turned off and worried so much that I shrank enough to remove the cage (it was sized a bit large; again, still learning). That was a relief, but the puffiness lasted another two hours before disappearing. Fast forward a week: I tried it again, and after an hour, the swelling came back! This put me off chastity for a while, and I was VERY upset because I absolutely love the concept, and having a girlfriend who loves it too makes my inability to use it even more frustrating:( So I left it alone for a couple of months. The swelling didn’t come from anything else, so it wasn’t visible. After that long break, I decided to try again, adjusting sizing etc. and changing lubricants. After an hour, the horror returned, and I was pissed off. This time, however, I went to the doctor; too nervous to explain exactly what caused it but told him everything else. I did yeast infection treatments and used multiple anti-inflammatories. I’ve visited a urologist, dermatologist, and my primary dr several times. After using this anti-fungal for a while, it actually irritated the NON EXISTENT swelling and brought it back WITHOUT the cage on. And after that, it has never fully gone away:( This is quite upsetting because it’s made me somewhat sensitive. Certain boxers cause irritation, and after long sexual play involving teasing and just casual sex, It swells slightly and feels tender. If ANYONE has ANY kind of information/experience with this, Please, I beg of you, give me some pointers in the right direction. I’ve determined it’s not any lube i’m allergic too. I’ve determined it’s not the opaque cage on the CB6000; I swapped it for a CB6000s clear model. Tried different sized rings/spacers. I tried a knock-off metal one and got the same result after 30 minutes. Yesterday I tried again after months without wearing a chastity, and I actually went 4 hours with no severe swelling but maybe I’m just paranoid; it looked like it swelled up a bit. No pain and barely visible but I THINK it’s still going on. I just don’t want to risk any more permanent damage as i think I’ve already done damage:( Searched the forums a bit and found nothing on this, I posted on other forums and tried many other different information sources; nothing so far. 21 y/o, relatively sensitive skin, only allergic to nickel (or cheap alloys). For some examples of what it looks like. (NSFW, you know what you’re about to see…)

And i’m not the only one. Looking at chastity ‘stuff’ I’ve seen others with it but there’s no documentation anywhere! I actually had someone message me about a post on a medical site asking if I found a solution and said “No, do you!!?” and it ended right there:(

THANK YOU! P.S. Sorry for the long post; I just wanted to try and give all the information I’ve gathered so far; if I didn’t, there would be a lot of questions since I’ve already gone over them tons.

Also, I will honestly PayPal $50 to the individual(s) that help solve this. I mean it. It would mean so much more than $50 to me just being able to use a chastity again.

Hey there anythingforher. I feel bad for you! It seems to me like you've exhausted many of the "common" causes, so let's step back and take things one item at a time. I suggest that you remove all chastity devices for a few days, and establish a "regular" routine for yourself with no chastity involved at all. This means your normal shower / bath routine, your usual soaps / body washes, your standard laundry detergents, etc. The goal is to establish a "baseline" where everything is as vanilla and benign as possible, and in which there are absolutely no symptoms as you described them. If you have any issues at this point, then you're probably experiencing some sort of chemical allergy. ONLY what you need for a good baseline: You mentioned having a CB6000. I suggest that you put on ONLY the base ring for a few days. NO TUBE at all. The objective here is to see if the base ring you choose is either A) causing an allergic reaction; or B) sized incorrectly (if it's too small, it can cause pain but also fluid retention and swelling). After a few days of this, check if you're having any sort of reaction. If so, remove the base ring and go back to your baseline condition where there were no problems. When you're back to normal, change one and only one thing - say, the base ring diameter. Once you reach the point where you can wear the base ring for the CB6000 with no issues for several days, then AND ONLY THEN try the tube again. If you use any lube, note what it is. The combination of plastic and lube could be causing an allergic reaction (heard of drug interactions before? Same kind of thing). You can also apply this same methodology to your steel cage device. But remember... and this is important! Change ONLY ONE variable at a time. It will take a LONG time for you to find what's causing the problem. It's somewhat like diagnosing allergies: repeatedly exposing skin to known allergens until you discover which one(s) trigger an allergic reaction. Your reaction could be allergy-related, but it might also just be physical fluid retention when you don the base ring. As I said, this could take a while, so you have to be very patient, and document every step so you don't worry about committing everything to memory. Good luck!

Just looks like a sensitive body part has been rubbed by a foreign object to me. I think you might be worrying too much about this TBH. If it doesn't hurt while not erect, go cold, bleed or smell bad then it's usually pretty much OK as long as you keep it clean. PS Tell your urologist what you did - otherwise he can't tell you to stop doing it.

Have you tried a bath with Tea Tree Oil? I did a little searching online, and some posts suggested getting antibiotics, while this one recommended baths with Tea tree oil: ... 87507.html I don't know what Tea Tree oil is, but perhaps you could find it on Amazon.
