We’ve been considering getting a piercing for both security and looks. Which option works best for someone who is uncircumcised? Some people claim you can’t get one, while others say it’s possible but needs to be placed off-center, which would bother me greatly. I’ve also looked at the frenum area but am unsure about its strength. Any advice?

I wore a frenum piercing for quite a few years before removing it without any particular reason. It is definitely an option if you are not circumcised. Start with a barbell and leave the piercing alone for several months to let it heal fully. I reviewed Lori chastity tubes, which typically use the frenum piercing for security. The issue was that most were too heavy, causing discomfort during wear. However, once healing is complete, you can swap the barbell for a ring and lock this ring into your cage. This setup puts minimal stress on the piercing unless you pull against it, so don't worry about trying to escape.

Your question piqued my interest, and after reading up on it at several piercing sites I visited, they all agree that an uncircumcised man needs the piercing done sideways. However, I couldn't find a clear photo to confirm this. So, does "sideways" mean off-center as you mentioned, or literally turned to the side? It might be worth calling your local tattoo/piercing studio for clarification!:)

Check these out for some photos of an uncircumcised PA. They appear to be positioned around the 1 o'clock mark. ... bJPKhBHazM

Yeah, my love of symmetry would drive me crazy. I'm going to dig deeper into the frenum option if I decide to go ahead.

It's absolute nonsense that you can't have a P.A. while uncircumcised! I personally have both a P.A. and a frenum piercing, and I am uncircumcised. The nature of the P.A. piercing means it naturally sits slightly to one side of your 'banjo sting' (the frenum) rather than going straight through it. So technically, yes, it is very slightly off-center, but you wouldn't notice unless you looked really closely. Go for it! ... I've had mine for years and absolutely love it.

Totally agree with Debi - everything he says is spot on. I am also uncircumcised and find the PA works great; I wouldn't want to be without it.

You guys are making the PA sound really tempting. How does the foreskin work with the jewelry? Do you have to keep it pulled back?

I can only speak from my own experience, but mostly my foreskin stays tucked behind the PA. It doesn't bother me if it pulls down over the ring—even with my 19mm diameter ring, which is quite comfortable. I think it makes sense that your foreskin should be able to slide down over the ring when needed. To me, it feels fine either way, but looks better pulled back. The advice about taking time is crucial—especially if you plan to use the piercing for security purposes. Increase the size gradually and have a reputable piercer do the stretching. It should be an enjoyable experience all around. I highly recommend high-quality titanium rings. They are lightweight, comfortable, and made of superior metal. That said, I sometimes enjoy the extra weight of heavy stainless steel rings, or occasionally wear brightly colored acrylic barbells just for fun and to please my wife.

In my case, the foreskin remains over the P.A. as intended... until 'happy time', when it slides back to reveal the piercing. I actually really enjoy the sensation of the skin moving up and down over the piercing; for me, it enhances the pleasure. I could never go without my piercing now. It does mean sitting down to urinate, but you are probably used to that if you're locked.

Hello! I have had a PA for over 10 years now!! And I am uncut as well! I echo many of the points made above! The pleasure you AND your partner will experience is A-MAZ-ING!!! It would be an instant divorce for me if I removed my PA jewellery!!! As an uncircumcised guy, the piercing needs to be off-center, usually towards the side where you 'hang' in your underwear.... Any good piercer can advise on this! My foreskin also slides over the jewelry quite comfortably! Once healed, you won't even notice it's there!!! But your partner definitely will!!!! With warmest regards. J.
