How well does a JB fit you guys?

The first JB I purchased was significantly undersized. The second one is a good fit and comfortable, though it feels slightly oversized to me. When you look at the device, it seems like everything should align so that the urethra sits right in the square opening at the end. However, my anatomy doesn’t quite match up that way. I consistently urinate between the upper horizontal bar and the ring at the tip. Before deciding whether to get it resized or swapped out entirely, I want to see how other men experience theirs.

Which two dimensions did you order?

I find mine very comfortable, although my urethra doesn't always sit perfectly in the square hole. Sometimes it does though. If I get erect, the alignment becomes perfect. Strange, isn't it?

My husband also doesn't line up perfectly for urination, but you shouldn't stress over it. Every man sits, lies, or twists differently because our anatomy isn't a straight vertical plumb line. Your length should allow the penis to touch the end of the tube (most of the time) and make contact with the shaft all around when flaccid. It shouldn't be so tight that you're compressing through the bars, but close enough for a snug fit. I thought I had photos on our blog showing him wearing it, though perhaps not this specific model... Let me know if you'd like to see pictures and details of his fit via PM.

Mine is also 3 inches long. When I'm not erect, it doesn't align perfectly without some help. When hard, my cock struggles with the sharp downward turn at the final ring. I feel like 3 inches might be slightly too long for me. The circumference feels good, but it certainly isn't pressing against the shaft all around its entire length. Could you tell us what effect a tighter cage has? It sounds quite pleasant and restrictive.

longing4it - Yes, it is too long. I faced the same issue. As M MM mentioned, you should be touching both the sides and the tip when flaccid (without shrinkage). I had my cage shortened for $100 (cage without spike strip) plus $10 shipping, and the improvement was huge.

Inside my cage, when I need to pee, I can pull a bit of foreskin out from the front opening. This allows me to urinate even while standing up.

I bought mine second-hand. The only downside is that the diameter is a bit large for me. When flaccid, the sides don't always touch my shaft. I can only imagine how much better it might feel if they did. Also, I've noticed something else... I've been locked up for nearly three weeks now. Initially, my penis was touching the end cap, but lately, it seems like some shrinkage has occurred.

I have been wearing a CB6ks for two months now. However, the longest I can manage at night is only four hours.
