Hi all, I’m Katy. I identify as m2f transsexual/shemale (pre-op) and am using chastity to help reduce my penis size through muscle atrophy, among other factors. Here is my first query for the group. I recently bought a silicone CB6000s as my inaugural lockup device. However, it seems like only the glans of my penis fits inside (mine has a notably wide head), with not much else going in. Is this typical? (I should clarify that I am uncircumcised, so the foreskin protruding tends to chafe and become inflamed or swollen. Pulling some of it back helps.) Also, when I get nocturnal erections, they cause me genuine pain upon waking! Last night was particularly painful; in fact, I had to unlock myself because the discomfort was too much. Is this normal? (I started with the largest O-Ring but it kept slipping off, so I dropped down one size. Getting that smaller ring on was a struggle.) Thanks very much for your responses. Katy. X

To begin with, I don't know anyone whose penis has actually shrunk due to chastity... but that's fine. Secondly, if you aren't fitting into the device properly, you likely need a longer tube and/or one with a larger diameter. Something like the Curve model might suit you better. Some discomfort from night erections is standard, but if you experience burning sensations or notice changes in color or temperature of your parts, that indicates an improper fit.

It seems to me that you have the wrong CBxxxx device for your dimensions. I'm assuming this since you didn't provide specific measurements. After taking your measurements, please check out this link Scroll down to the *Tube Dimensions* section and find what matches you closely. Kept For Her sells tubes individually, so if you identify the correct size, you'll only need to order that part. The base rings and spacer should still be compatible. Once you locate the right tube size, I believe your comfort levels will improve significantly. I concur with Lady M; if you are using a CB device specifically for penis reduction, you might face similar disappointment.
