Customizing My Cage Setup

I’ve come across a chastity cage that suits me well (it took some time, as I went through several before finding this one). It’s a relatively small stainless steel model manufactured in China. I picked it up inexpensively on eBay. Delivery was slow, but once fitted, it was clear I had finally found the right one for me. It is lightweight and compact, very comfortable; its size doesn’t exceed that of my flaccid penis much at all, so erections are mostly prevented—there’s just a bit of swelling without pain. This has both pros and cons though. I do miss having some discomfort. Go figure.

Anyway, I read somewhere about gluing something inside the cage to make attempted erections hurt more. But I can’t locate that info anymore now. I don’t want to spoil the cage by tinkering too much with it.

Does anyone have suggestions for additions that could increase pain during attempts at erection?
