My partner and I are thinking about long-term chastity to help me become more submissive. We don’t know much about it, but I’ve always been interested in the subject, so I have some basic knowledge. What we need is a device suitable for extended wear that also effectively prevents orgasm—I can promise you if I fiddle with it, I will manage one! At the same time, I want to ensure I can’t remove it without the key, or at least not slip back into regular life unnoticed by my partner. Plus, many devices seem pricey; as a student and my partner earning modestly, our budget is tight. Could someone with experience suggest a good chastity device that fits these needs without breaking the bank?
Thank you in advance, lsrw.
Give my current model a try (check my avatar). You can find it on Make sure to choose the version with 3 base rings: sizes 40/45/50 mm. It's affordable, and I've worn it continuously for two years without any problems. The only minor issue was going through security gates; otherwise, my cage has been fine. Ventilation is great, so you don't need to take it off to clean. It doesn't smell bad either, and escaping from it is quite difficult. Many posts mention that plastic cages tend to crack, so I suggest choosing a steel one instead. Best wishes!
Everyone is bound to have an opinion on this! We'll all feel pretty confident in our choices! My journey started with eBay. There I found a budget-friendly clone that proved the concept worked; it was made of silicone but didn't hold up well over time. My next purchase was another affordable eBay find: a metal spiral design. It's much sturdier, though slipping out isn't impossible. Since there are plenty of discussions about anti-pull-out features, I recommend doing a quick search on that topic. Personally, I'm going for a piercing along with a PA device purchased from another forum member, which should help secure it against pull-outs. It's entirely possible to stay locked up affordably; after that initial step, the sky is the limit! Picks something you like the look of because you'll be wearing it daily. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask for assistance!
It looks like Linus and I are sporting the same cage! It's definitely worth recommending.
Hello, Thank you both for your input; it has been very helpful. Also, does anyone have experience shaving while wearing a chastity device? My partner prefers I stay clean-shaven down there... Is that even feasible with the cage on, or must it come off? Will the skin get irritated post-shave? lsrw
I'd recommend shaving. If you're already doing it, that's even better! My husband shaves with his device on; he doesn't get quite as close a shave (and usually skips the shaft), but it works well enough until I decide to take him out... after which he gives himself a proper shave. He has over six weeks left for this routine at present, haha.

My skin didn't react well to the rings, and the cage was too long for me; when I sat down, it would twist in various directions. The end would hit the chair, pushing the top of the ring into my abdomen. It caused all sorts of sores. A shorter model has proven much better, with bars running along the length being preferable to rings, and even better still are those that combine both features. Most comfortable for me was the Holy Trainer V2 (they now use a new resin claimed to be stronger), followed closely by the short Bon4M with a modified ring from another device. The HT: [Image: Image] The one I'm currently wearing—not the original ring shipped with the Bon4M, but one I altered for better comfort. [Image: Image]
I think Linus had it right. You can also get that specific cage he is wearing in a shorter version for us Growers rather than Showers. Just ensure it is genuine steel and not chrome-plated steel. The plastic models require more care; you need to clean them more often due to body heat, among other factors. I suggest keeping the area trimmed since nothing is worse than having fresh hair growing in when you can't scratch that itch! So grab a simple rechargeable beard trimmer or something similar. We have the same cage as Linus but shorter; he has one on standby just in case my KH decides she wants to play more permanently.
Hi, Thanks everyone for the assistance. Metal definitely seems like a good choice as my skin can be sensitive at times, particularly if I sweat. The length hadn't really crossed my mind before; I kind of assumed they came in a standard size, which is silly when you think about it... When deciding on the right size, do you measure based on being soft or erect? Lsrw
Soft. The general idea is to prevent erections, although I can see some erotic appeal in being able to get erect but unable to do anything with it.
