Cb6000s is overly big

I’m wearing a cb6000s cage right now, but it’s a bit big for constant use. My penis tends to slip out of the main enclosure, which makes reinserting it and using the restroom difficult without taking everything off and putting it back on. I can even get fully erect while wearing it. I’m currently using it with the spacer positioned at the front of the peg rather than between the cage and ring. I’d like to locate a device that fits much better so I can wear it more frequently. Do I have to go custom, or are there smaller off-the-shelf options I might find? Any advice is very welcome.

The small HolyTrainer tube is more compact than the 6000S. You can also find some smaller stainless steel devices on eBay at good prices, though shipping takes a bit longer. I wear my HT in size Small with the tiniest ring available, but it wouldn't be hard to go even smaller down the road—W and I are looking into that for later. d

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it! At this stage, I'm weighing a Holy Trainer Small against a Birdlocked Mini. A full custom piece would be ideal, but that's still some time away.

One more thing to consider. Are you wearing the smallest base ring that remains comfortable? A base ring that is even slightly too big can create similar issues. If your size is optimal, then it comes down to slave d's suggestion or going custom.

I tested a smaller ring and noticed some improvement; I plan to try an even tighter one shortly. However, the tube itself still feels quite spacious, as does the end piece. I have some fat pad in that region which pushes the cage away from my body, resulting in a fit that isn't perfect.
