I’ve come across discussions on using numbing agents and a condom to prevent ejaculation during vaginal sex. I gave it a try last week, and I’m happy with that approach instead of trying it with my wife initially. She would have been incredibly frustrated by the hassle—mostly hers, not mine. Using a Fleshlight, I felt almost nothing. It required intense stimulation for more than thirty minutes to reach orgasm. I believe it can work if we get the technique right. We picked up a box of 30 condoms at Walmart last night for roughly $7—a purchase that seems very promising. Some contain delay cream inside. Is that sufficient? My main objective is to avoid ejaculating completely, rather than just delaying it.

I have questions for those who practice this. Where do you apply the lidocaine or benzocaine? Looking at the thread below, should it go on the glans, over the edge, down part of the shaft, or all over? How much and what strength? I’m expecting some 4% Lidocane Plus soon, but might opt for liquid Oragel or Ambisol instead of a gel or cream. What are your thoughts?

We use Oragel, applying it to everything except the base. Then she wraps tissue around before putting on the condom, which helps keep the product off her skin. It's quite a mental adjustment having sex with your wife while feeling almost nothing as she reaches her **orgasm**.

Are you using the liquid, gel, or cream version? The cream is quite thick. No issues keeping an erection?

I've been curious about this, but doesn't reduced sensation lead to a softer cock?

We have tried both the liquid and gel versions. She uses a makeup applicator for application. I haven't had trouble staying erect with her; perhaps because I'm always eager to be out of the cage.

I watched a video where a woman gave Viagra to a guy who had been locked for a month. While he was restrained, she applied generous amounts of numbing cream and put two condoms on him. He got one minute with an artificial pelvis. Obviously, he couldn't pull out, but it sparked several fantasies in me. Very appealing.

And what works for some, might not work for others. Finding the balance between numb enough that you don't go limp, but don't get close to having an orgasm varies. For some men two normal condoms are enough to lose sensation and go limp. For other men, you can put 20 clothes pins on their nuts, slather the numbest of numbing creams and they're still going to stay rock hard. It just varies, its the way we are. Just like some people like foot rubs and some back rubs, and some like peppermint gum, others spearmint... Try different things. Orajel is cheap. A pack of numbing condoms are cheap. Have fun with it. For me, we found that orajel works best. It lasts longer than the numbing condoms (which she doesn't like the feel of anyway) and by applying different amounts she can play with the numbness I will get. And for me, the most important area to numb is definitely my glands. Numbing the shaft doesn't have much affect at all. Important points from experience: 1) It does not numb you instantly. It can take a few minutes for it to have the numbing effect. It will wear off, how long that takes varies on what you use and how much of it you use. For me Orajel lasts about 10-30 minutes depending on how much she puts on. 2) Be mindful to make sure you don't get any numbing cream on your lady (unless she wants the denial too.) So I suggest using a regular condom over whatever you do (even over a numbing condom) and make sure you roll it all the way down so that it keeps any cream from sneaking out of the base of a numbing condom and onto your lady.

Most take about 10-15 minutes and lasts for 20-40 minutes I believe.

The product I have is called adore U Hom and it comes with an applicator brush. Very effective. Only wish it would last a little longer.

We use EMLA cream and it help delay/prevent orgasm. You have to use a tiny amount (or at least experiement to get the right amount) I found too much produced a problem with erection, in the end a pea sized lump on the glans and frenum area and a smear down the shaft works just great for us. CQ likes me to feel something but not enough to reach an orgasm so she gets what she needs and wants and I get the frusrtation of being in her but not coming unless she allows it, even then it can take some to to get to an orgasm, but it is a truly effective way to control orgasm and sensation removal!

I'm sure that we're all sensible peeps but I feel, as a medic, I must just state: Please be aware that the genitals are very sensitive and you should be careful of applying anesthetic agents to them. Read the instructions carefully. Don't break what you've got. Spares are hard to come by! Sorry to sound all sensible!

After reading this thread MsM had me purchase EMLA cream on-line here in NZ. She has found that having me coat my entire cock in a good coating of cream half an hour before Her playtime leaves me almost completely without sensation from the balls up but i still get a full erection. Tonight She teased me by having me completely numb and then put on a blindfold while She masturbated with a big dildo talking very dirty the entire time and making out She had a bull fucking Her. After cumming to a very loud orgasm She left me blindfolded and laid me on the bed before climbing onto what She said was the biggest and hardest erection i had had in a long time and rode to four more orgasms. She then got off me and began wanking me with a very firm grip which i could just feel on my most sensitive areas though i didn't feel as if i could cum, then i felt a peeing sensation and MsM announced She was milking me and emptying "Her balls". i hadn't been allowed an orgasm in 3 weeks and now She tells me it will be at least that long again, Her words "maybe you'll be allowed an actual orgasm on your birthday ..... maybe"!!! (end of March). So MsM now knows She can have all the use She wants of Her cock and even milk Her balls empty using the cream!!! d
