I’ve come across discussions on using numbing agents and a condom to prevent ejaculation during vaginal sex. I gave it a try last week, and I’m happy with that approach instead of trying it with my wife initially. She would have been incredibly frustrated by the hassle—mostly hers, not mine. We use Oragel, applying it to everything except the base. Then she wraps tissue around before putting on the condom, which helps keep the product off her skin. It's quite a mental adjustment having sex with your wife while feeling almost nothing as she reaches her **orgasm**.

The product I have is called adore U Hom and it comes with an applicator brush. Very effective. Only wish it would last a little longer.

We use EMLA cream and it help delay/prevent orgasm. You have to use a tiny amount (or at least experiement to get the right amount) I found too much produced a problem with erection, in the end a pea sized lump on the glans and frenum area and a smear down the shaft works just great for us. CQ likes me to feel something but not enough to reach an orgasm so she gets what she needs and wants and I get the frusrtation of being in her but not coming unless she allows it, even then it can take some to to get to an orgasm, but it is a truly effective way to control orgasm and sensation removal!
