Sizing and Veins

Sorry, this isn’t the most fun post. Quick question for you veterans. We’ve been having longer lock ups, and I’ve noticed the veins in my cock/balls becoming more pronounced. Some are quite blue/purple. I figured it was due to the skin being stretched some, and it’s not painful… But I wanted to get some advice of the “I’m not a doctor, but in my experience…” Variety. Anyone else have similar issues? How much of a concern is this?
