A challenge I’ve faced is that my shaft has a bit of girth, making the HT tube feel slightly narrow. To fix this, I typically wrap some plastic cling film around it to form a tighter cylinder before applying lubricant on top and sliding into the sleeve. I hope that explanation makes sense.

Here’s what I’m wondering: Is this approach safe? I have some anxiety about potentially harmful chemicals from the plastic leaching onto my skin over time. So far, no issues with circulation or blood flow, but any advice would be appreciated.

If you aren't taking off the plastic wrap and are tighter than inside a standard HT tube, I'd agree it's worth noting. You might also want to check out two other options: The sock method is popular with those who don't use lube (you can read more about it on ). Then there's lubricant itself—I'm a huge fan. Try using an oil-based lube for the tube. If there's enough room, you can slide back and forth comfortably without any rubbing or soreness.

Wooden popsicle sticks are another solid option. They work well to help tuck everything in neatly.

Yeah, I'd advise against leaving yourself wrapped tightly in plastic. Both tips mentioned above are great ideas. If you're still struggling with the current setup, consider looking into a custom-made device.

The sock method didn't work well for me when I tried it, but I hadn't come across the popsicle stick technique before. It sounds like a nice idea.

I use a women's stocking sock (made of that same sheer material—unfortunately I don't need anything quite as long as a full-length stocking:=). It takes a bit of practice to figure out how best to guide the penis through, but it’s the easiest method for me. If my cock can pass under the base ring—which fits pretty snugly—I can push it into the cage and jam the whole thing down, compressing the shaft against the small HT2 opening. Because I don't get quite erect enough in that tight space to pull hard on the scrotum, I find it very comfortable. The first time I wore this setup, I kept it on longer than any other chastity device before.

"Wooden popsicle sticks work good too. You can use it to tuck yourself in quite nicely." Just be careful of splinters:o

For me, a slight twist on the stocking method is what actually works. I've had success using it with both the CB-6000 and the Holy Trainer 2. Once I have the A-ring in place, instead of pulling the stocking all the way down to the base of the penis like usual, I apply lube to the shaft and only cover the head (glans) with the stocking. This lets me guide the tip of the penis right to the end of the cage while the rest of the shaft slides into position without much hassle, thanks to the lubrication. I am circumcised, so I can't say for sure if this would work as well for an uncircumcised guy, but that's my experience. It took some time to master it enough to do it reliably on the first try every morning.
