Searching for a custom Ring that fits my eBay Steel cage

I own a pair of Rings: one is 44mm and the other is 47mm. The 44mm feels too snug, while the 47mm is a bit loose (the right ball slips out when I sit or bend). So, finding a better fit seems logical.

I’m based in the UK/Europe region.

I’ve attached pictures of my Device and Rings (via Google). The new rings probably don’t need to be Hinged, if you ask me. My KH and I are on a budget for a brand-new full custom device. Any suggestions??

I've already tested that approach with Atone; it was actually the first adjustment I made... but it didn't make much difference. My CB6ks had the same issue. Even without any gap or spacer, where they sat flush against the ring, the ball would still escape.

If the gap is wide enough to let a testicle pass through, it eventually will. You need to address that issue to ensure a secure fit. Try using a larger tube paired with the smallest ring you can tolerate. If there's no spacer (or empty space) between the ring and the tube, your only options for reducing the opening size are getting a smaller ring or a bigger tube.

LockedUp24, I own the exact same model as yours; it has now become our backup device. The new Looker 03 is back and works perfectly. I had similar experiences with mine: stick with the snugger-fitting 44mm rear ring—the tighter, the better. You can loosen the pin that holds the padlock and attach the lock directly to the device body instead of the clevice pin. This allows the gap to adjust based on your ball height as temperature or arousal changes, while still keeping both fellows firmly held behind the ring:lol:

If you need more precise adjustments later on, you can bend the flat tab over the rear ring upwards to create more space or downwards to reduce it. I also shortened the tube by compressing the spirals until we achieved a perfect snug fit. We went a bit too tight at first, but it was easy enough to slightly and evenly open them back up between each spiral. Good luck! They are incredible value for money compared to what I paid for an authentic CB6000 back in 2008, which I found unbearable to wear long-term!!! It might seem pricey, but having something custom-made like our Looker 03 tailored to my specific needs feels as luxurious as owning a Rolls Royce 8-)

Good point. I hadn't considered skipping the pin. So I'll give that a try next time I'm locked up. As for bending the flap and compressing the springs, I did think of that too, and I've already narrowed the gap slightly. But I will definitely experiment with leaving the pin out. Aside from the occasional slip, it's easily the best one I've worn so far.

WELL THAT DIDN'T WORK... The problem was there wasn't anywhere to secure the ring without the Pin. Also, when the ring closes up inside the cage slot, it has no gap or wiggle room left. Back to square one.....Still looking for a custom Ring that fits my eBay Steel cage

With the 44mm ring and following your suggestion, it didn't change anything for me (it's still too tight). So I'm back in my 47mm ring where I can occasionally escape. Sure, putting it on without the pin is a bit easier, but nothing else really changed for me.

Ah I see. Well, it's quite a subtle piece of metal. You could take the 47mm ring to a stainless steel fabricator; cutting out half a millimeter and rewelding would only take minutes. It would be easy for you then to file down and repolish it yourself;)
