I’d like to share my experience with being in a male chastity device.

I want him to understand the joy of having my penis secured and the surge of sexual tension that builds up. I especially enjoy this sensation after four or five days without seeing or touching myself, creating a constant urge within me.

It positively influences my thoughts, emotions, feelings, and choices.

The challenge is knowing how to begin discussing it with him. He tends to be more reserved regarding anything outside standard sexual activities. I also wonder if he would feel at ease with the idea of being locked away for several weeks.

Currently, I’ve managed 5 and a half days in my HT2 cage. We won’t see each other until this coming Sunday by which time I will have reached seven full days—my longest stretch so far. My goal is to extend that duration even further, and I want him to understand why: it benefits both of us.

I realize people often ask about how to bring up the subject. Does anyone have tips for starting a chastity discussion?

I prefer providing reading material because it allows others to grasp deeper concepts at their own pace without needing an immediate dialogue. Once they have read through the information, I answer any questions and explain what I hope to get from the arrangement. Of course, this depends on your partner's personality. You likely know which approach suits him best. Some couples prefer a direct, straightforward talk over coffee or dinner; others find sending an email works well. I hope you discover a method that feels right for you and is comfortable to use. Good luck!

For me, writing was the most effective approach. Putting thoughts on paper helps organize my mind and gives me time to reflect on what I desire, how I feel, and why I am interested in chastity. As we know, there is a vast spectrum of practices involved in male lockups. What you mean when you say 'lock up' might not be exactly what your boyfriend visualizes. A short tweet won't cut it here; detailed pages are better, complete with image links and references to helpful websites. I wrote over 5,000 words for my wife (along with photos and URLs), yet we still needed multiple discussions to align our understanding. You seem more spontaneous compared to your boyfriend. He will appreciate receiving the details beforehand so he can process his thoughts and feelings independently. An email or letter provides that luxury of time, even if it tests your patience in the meantime. The Grinder P.S. The worst thing you could do is nothing at all.

Begin by signaling that you want to try 'teased' states for longer periods than usual, with delayed release. Assuming both of you enjoy this dynamic, gradually suggest extending the duration over time. Many people don't mind this kind of teasing and actually like it; it doesn't seem strange or overly eccentric. Once your partner gets used to enjoying being teased in this way, introduce the concept of restraint. Suggest that having your hands tied while he teases you for an extended period could be fun, with him deciding exactly when you are 'permitted' to climax—perhaps after you have become quite desperate. This adds just a touch of kink and represents a small, progressive step. Later on, you can introduce other ideas: perhaps staying restrained while required to provide pleasure for a set time, only being allowed release once your partner is satisfied with your effort following extended teasing. The direction becomes clear from there. By taking gradual steps forward, the notion of stronger orgasm control will eventually feel like a natural progression.

I agree—attitudes toward desire and sexuality usually shift slowly. To you, the chastity device is central to your fantasy because it has become familiar. You are eager for your boyfriend to join in a dynamic that feels ready-made to you. For him, however, springing this on him too forcefully might seem odd or uncomfortable. Start where you currently stand: apparently having a standard sexual relationship with everything else still waiting to be introduced and discussed gradually. Patience is key. However, don't assume he will automatically want to participate just because he understands it, nor fear that refusal would be disastrous. It seems you aren't sharing every moment day-to-day since you can go five days in your device without him noticing much. Consider that having you use the device independently while keeping him aware might become the norm—and that is perfectly acceptable. If you can wear it and discuss it openly rather than hiding it, that is already a major step forward. When I first shared some of my kinks with my wife years ago, she was surprised and not particularly keen initially. But it became something we could talk about, joke around regarding, and tease each other on. It transformed my life by bringing those elements into the open between us, even if they weren't fully shared interests immediately. Things evolved as I hoped, though it took several years. Perhaps a good way to begin this incremental process is telling him you want to experience orgasms only with his approval. That is essentially a romantic gesture: tell him that when he isn't around, you will hold back for him. Then describe how exciting it feels to be aroused and anticipating without going further. As Mr. Twisted mentioned earlier, take it step by step...

Rather than being merely an object of desire itself, the cage should serve as a pathway to achieving specific goals. It isn't about the physical device; it represents broader concepts—being teased and aroused, remaining horny, surrendering control over pleasure and orgasms to another person, and engaging in power exchange. These core ideas can be developed even without the hardware initially, which is later added as a practical extension that makes the sense of control more concrete.

Valid point. I should have phrased it as "a key element of your fantasy." The surrendering of power/authority/control is the true objective of that specific dream, and as you noted, there are many unique ways for different couples to achieve that outcome.
