Dealing with the cage in a hot southern summer hasn’t been an issue for me. When my core stays warm, my scrotum remains very relaxed. But as cooler weather approaches and temperatures drop both outside and inside, I’m already noticing Mr. Sac starting to contract and shrink up. This pulls the Boys tight against or into the gap between the ring and cage. Sometimes it gets quite painful and rough on the Sacster. Is this a unique issue for me? Does anyone have advice on how to handle it?:geek:

I recommend Gold Bond Intensive Healing cream. I'm confident other similar products work just as well.

My approach is to dress warmer—wearing long johns and insulated jeans from LL Bean.

When the cooler days arrive, I plan to switch out for a slightly larger base ring if necessary.

During winter months, particularly when you work outdoors or in spaces with low heat settings, try wearing women's leggings. Kohls carries some options that are incredibly warm and soft—almost like Under Armour but much more affordable while providing better warmth. Look for their dedicated winter styles; they have an interior lining against the skin similar to "The North Face" jackets. I rely on these constantly throughout cold winters without any issues. If you spot them, just mention they're comparable to Under Armour at a lower price point. Honestly, no one will really notice anyway.

So far, I've worn my Holy Trainer in temperatures as low as 28 degrees Fahrenheit. It hasn't caused me any trouble. I usually keep the ring pressed against my pelvis, which allows the testicles enough room to shift around comfortably despite temperature fluctuations.
