Hi everyone! I purchased a holy trainer yesterday, and it has arrived. I’ve been wearing it to test the fit and get a feel for things, but there are a couple of questions on my mind. The first issue is getting it onto me! The tube feels quite narrow. I attempted the stocking method, but once my penis was inside the tube with the stocking, it wouldn’t budge further, so that technique doesn’t seem to work for me right now. Also, each time I remove and re-insert it, I get pretty excited, which makes everything a bit larger than usual, or at least that’s how it feels. Because of this, silicone lube is the only thing allowing me to slide the tube on properly. My plan is to take it off daily rather than wearing it continuously (at least for now), but I’d like to know if this routine is sustainable long-term, or if there’s another method I might have missed. Another issue I’m noticing - I can’t decide if the tube length is too short! I chose the shorter model because everyone seemed to recommend it as more comfortable and better at preventing erections. However, not sure if my excitement plays a role here, but even during continuous wear (well, about an hour), it still looks like it hangs quite low compared to images of other chastity devices online. Instead of sitting snugly against the pubic bone, the whole unit dangles downwards and slightly angled outward, away from my body. I have a photo illustrating this point, though I’m not certain if imgur links are permitted here. This might just be due to being slightly larger than average or simply because everything feels so new and thrilling! Thank you for any advice.
I experienced a similar problem with the short version of the HT2. The base ring would naturally pull away from my body because the shorter tube couldn't accommodate the length of my penis well enough. I'm average in length, and since everyone advises sticking to a short tube, I suspected my base ring might be too wide. Back then, I was using a 40mm ring, so I ordered the 36mm version hoping it would stay more secure. It turned out to be overly tight and uncomfortable during wear, even though I gave it a fair shot for an extended period. Eventually, I switched back to the standard tube paired with the 40mm ring, which is definitely the correct setup for me now. The base ring stays put where it should belong, and I fill the tube comfortably. Occasionally, I "turtle" inside the tube, but this usually happens only during nocturnal erections; when things settle down, my penis retracts while the tube remains slightly pulled away. It's not a major issue, as I can generally readjust everything back into place. I hope this is useful.
Interesting! I don't believe the base ring is the culprit either—it seems to fit well when detached from the tube, snug but not overly tight. I'm going to give it another attempt or two because my member does swell a bit even just thinking about being locked up. I think the standard size would naturally be a good match, but I wonder how aroused I'd remain constantly if left in the cage for an entire day. Do you use any lube with your holy trainer? I find the sides to get quite sticky during insertion, and I can't touch the end of the tube without using some silicone lube.
I use pure silicon lube daily. I drip a bit in each day around the ring area. There is nothing better than silicone lube for me personally; there really isn't such thing as using too much with it. I know it can be pricey, but every penny is well spent.
Here's a concept I came across somewhere—try spending five to ten minutes with your penis and testicles in ice before attempting insertion? Just use some cloth-wrapped ice cubes for that duration. I haven't tried it myself yet, but it is a small nugget of wisdom I stored away just in case the need arises. I actually read about this regarding an outbreak of lost key syndrome—if induced shrinkage works there, it's likely preferable to using bolt cutters or a welding torch! It seems logical that if one can get into a device comfortably and correctly from the start, then observing what happens as ambient temperature affects things should help clarify sizing and suitability concerns.

First off, I only received my Holy Trainer a few days ago, but this approach also worked with my CB devices. While putting on the ring, I get partially erect. So, once the ring is on, I do something to distract myself erotically. For instance, I'll brush my teeth with the cage ready by the sink. As I focus downward and look at things, my "little weenis" (as my wife calls it—and insists I use that term) shrinks to its smallest size. Then I pick up the tube and slide it on before my little weenis has a chance to swell again. My wife struggles to put it on me. If she is anywhere nearby, I stay at least partially erect, especially after she edges me and then sends me back into the cage without any release. So for me, sneaking up on insertion works best.
Eep! I am fairly certain now that I have the wrong size after spending some time in my holy trainer. All the advice said to go smaller than expected, and measuring for the A-ring was tricky enough as it stood, so I opted for the small tube even though my measurements suggested a regular one might fit. Long story short, the tube is just slightly too short for me, constantly pulling the ring and everything else downward, which is somewhat of an annoyance. So, I am currently trying to sell mine in the marketplace, hoping to use those funds to purchase a new or used device that fits more properly.
