Extreme gadget - seen it anywhere else lately?

It doesn’t seem built for continuous daily use, especially with the anal plug in place, and it appears quite heavy! However, wow, it is certainly extreme! For what it’s worth, the design of the lock and key resembles steelwerks. I’m aware they handle plenty of custom orders, so that’s my top theory on its origin - but does anyone else know for sure?

That's a substantial amount of metal involved, yet it looks like too much effort and lacks practicality.

I've never encountered anything similar. As Tom noted, it seems impractical to wear on a daily basis, but I did appreciate the cage surrounding the testicles. By the way, were those pop rivets being installed before the video ended?:o

The ball cage was a highlight for me too, but forget that dreadful-looking piercing. They were indeed pop rivets. Good thing they didn't dislodge them while the anal plug was inserted. It could turn into quite a dangerous race to have them drilled out before you need a bowel movement.
