Hiding Your Device

Hello! I’ve recently begun my chastity journey using a CB-3000. I’m keen on wearing it around the clock, but it feels quite bulky and sticks out noticeably through my trousers—except for one pair of khaki shorts I have, or when I wear my loosest pants without a belt (though then I constantly deal with them slipping down). Because of this, I’ve been thinking about picking up a Holy Trainer. Does anyone else have advice on how to reduce the bulk and lower the profile of larger cages?
If you choose an HT, consider a shorter tube. For your CB3000, perhaps try wearing tighty whites to help keep the tube close against your body.
I only started a bit over a month ago and began with the Holy Trainer, so I can’t speak for the CB. However, mine is quite discreet; you really can't tell visually that I'm wearing one. As poptart mentioned, go with the small tube size. It's huge (even though it's labeled "small"), but most guys probably won't need anything larger. If you do decide on the Holy Trainer, you'll likely enjoy it. The design is simpler and more aesthetically pleasing.
That just adds to my case for the HT.:P That said, 48mm does seem a bit tight (just under two inches), even considering my flaccid length. I suppose I still need to decide on the diameter.
Alternatively, you could just grab a CB6000 cage. You'll save some cash, and it remains unnoticeable too.
It isn't as obvious to *you* as you think. Even if someone is actually looking that closely—which they aren't 99.999% of the time—you might feel like there's no way anyone could fail to see and know your dick is locked up... but it’s mostly in your head.

Custom devices tend to be more minimal and usually fit better; if this really bothers you, that might be the route to take for maximum concealment.
I’ve tried a few options and so far found only one I can wear with almost any outfit. While I agree it’s likely less visible than you think, mental comfort is just as important as physical ease. The CB6000 and the metal knockoff I bought require me to wear a sweatshirt or something that hangs below my waist when in public. But keep trying; you’ll find your way, and some of this anxiety might indeed be in your head. Mine was.

For what it’s worth, in 12 years of intermittent chastity belt use, I have only been "spotted" once. That was by a gay man who looked at my crotch with some regularity... his expression said "Oh my" rather than "It looks like he's got a chastity belt on..." The bigger risk is brushing past people in crowded areas. A few women have definitely turned as I passed (or they passed me) with a curious look. In 90% of cases, though, I just keep walking and pretend it wasn’t me. It’s like farting in an elevator;)

Really, how many straight men do we find ourselves checking out other guys' crotches? There are plenty of other things for us to focus on. If anyone did ask, "what the hell are you looking at my crotch for," I’d have a ready reply.

I agree. My wife likes it because she knows what it is, while others who glance usually just figure I’m well-endowed (which suits me fine).
I'm currently in a short CB3000. Did they make a 3000s version? Anyway, it’s not noticeable, especially if I wear tight underwear. Women's control panties work really well; they fit snugly and provide support to keep everything down without being uncomfortable. And I agree that even if someone sees something in your crotch, they’re unlikely to mention it because admitting it means they were looking first? BW

It took me about a week to realize this was spot on. I’ve been obsessing over nothing really. I bought tight-fitting underwear but ended up going back to boxer shorts because they are much more comfortable with my device. In terms of someone noticing the bulge, it doesn’t seem to matter much.
I wear two pairs of underwear at work. Sometimes I can see the JB hanging down the side of my leg a bit, so I just readjust to tuck it in. It is always a conscious thought for me. However, reality is that only about two years ago, I had no idea what a cage or male chastity was. So if someone else were also wearing one (KH or cage), they probably wouldn’t say anything anyway. Those who don't know are likely unaware of chastity too. That said, my JB is so comfortable I often forget it’s there. Other times—usually while driving—it pinches just enough to remind me of my lifestyle.
I think the high visibility is largely in your head (99%), but part of me would love to be found out. I suspect only someone else who is locked up or their KH might notice, and they’d probably be too scared to bring it up. Let’s face it: who really walks up to you and asks if you’re built that big or if you're wearing a cage?
Having gone through my own mental gymnastics while out in public with a device, I had an epiphany when looking down at my crotch while wearing jeans without any device. I naturally have uneven lumps and bumps there! A guy's cock and balls are on display to some extent under very normal circumstances. Unless you’re wearing decidedly tight, stretchy pants and have a large device, most people won’t think twice about it. It was years ago now, but one morning I was in the kitchen wearing jeans that gave me a nice bump between my legs. My wife reached from behind, cupped her hand around my junk, and said "looking good" or something similar. Instant hard-on!
