My owner is thinking about getting me a new gadget and I’m thankful because she seems to be favoring the Holy Trainer. I’d like to add some sort of urethral insert for sensation, stretching, and potentially easier urination while wearing it. Comfort and keeping everything in place are my main worries. The best approach I’ve found so far is a silicone catheter or sound similar to these examples below.
I hope to receive advice and suggestions from the forum members. /Andy
Unless you are really keen on deep urethral penetration, you might want to look at TetherSpouts. Specifically this thread: PA-like security, without piercing. I blog about using TetherSpouts in chastity devices here: Tethered Male Chastity
TetherSpouts look really intriguing. They will definitely handle the urination issue and the installation or removal time isn't a bother since I only do it once a week. I might think about them later, but right now my focus is on stretching.

I write a blog on the use of TetherSpouts in chastity devices: Tethered Male Chastity I'd love to give this a try!! I went through your blog and really like the concept! Just have a couple questions, Does it stop "Turtling"? If so, is there any pain when standing up from a chair or bending over to pick something up? Super excited about this!!

As far as I understand, the section of the urethra that gets stretched is the same ring of inelastic tissue (ligament?) where a TetherSpout's retainer anchors. It's possible this kind of stretching (using sounds, presumably) could reduce that tissue's future ability to keep tethers secure. At least that seems to be what the owner of Tether Products suggests in some writings. To avoid derailing this thread too much, I'll handle further specific questions about TetherSpouts in the PA-like security, without piercing thread.
