Just lost in thought. Imagine if your wife approached you and admitted she was struggling with excessive self-pleasure, needing your assistance to help her out. (Actual Viagra (Sildenafil) is also known to have a positive effect on the libido of [some] women, but is not FDA approved for this use.)
