Getting the Fit Right for My Steelheart

My steelheart showed up two days before Christmas and I’m really happy with it. The build quality seems superior to the jailbird in my view. Getting more value for your money from Steelworxx, though that isn’t the main point of this post.

With every device I’ve used, I run into a similar issue. It’s minor since it doesn’t hurt much. After wearing it for a while, the penis sags down and settles about a third of the way up the shaft. Sometimes the ring ends up horizontal against my body. I’ve experimented with different tube lengths (and although I wish my Steel Heart were longer), extending the length hasn’t fixed the problem. The main trouble is that the ring won’t stay at the top of my flaccid penis; it consistently slides down. If I push the ring higher, I get ball burn, yet it still drifts downward. Does anyone else deal with this and have a fix? I’m pleased to wear this device all day without pain, but I haven’t given up hope on finding an even better fit.

I believe most of us here have experienced the same thing. The solution is usually a smaller base ring and possibly a smaller cage—reducing both diameter and length can help. The ball burn is just temporary, caused by the extra stretch. I've gone through several devices over time, each one getting slightly smaller, and I've been in this small setup for about two years now. Erections are rare because they're physically restricted. My cage hugs my body tightly, except when I'm showering or sitting in a hot tub.

I agree with Aarkey; your base ring is too large. I own several devices including a Steelworxx and have experimented with different sized parts because I have the means to do so. I also found that weight matters (since I have an PA), which led me to my current titanium device.
