Hello all… My spouse and I are thinking about picking up a Holy Trainer v2 while the seasonal pricing is favorable. The main thing giving me pause is size. I feel like I’ve nailed down the ring choice… Being quite round, the biggest CB6k ring feels just a touch snug; though I suspect it’s more about my shape than actual tightness, so we settled on the 50mm option.
Where I’m less certain is the cage itself… I can’t decide between the short and regular versions. Since I have a grower build—roughly 2” when soft but swelling to 8 or 9 inches erect—I worry the short one might cause discomfort, yet fear the regular size could make things harder and lead to turtling… Any tips would be great.
Appreciate your help.
Based on what I've seen from myself and others, the short model is the way to go. This ensures you have a nice full feel when flaccid. As for erections, the shaft presses against the cage walls to limit movement, although the space between your testicles and torso usually remains unaffected. It shouldn't hurt; it just feels more contained.
To me, the "small" size actually looks quite substantial. I'm also a grower and often find myself with more breathing room than expected when soft.
While the common recommendation is to choose smaller, I think the smarter move is to measure repeatedly. Once you have your numbers, decide based on that data. I'm also a grower, but even when soft, I find the "regular" tube just slightly too narrow for my taste. If you haven't checked this out yet: ... ty-device/
