Tether Spout - what is it? does it work?

Hi I’m heading in for locking. My main headache is that my penis is quite small, and just putting on a standard cock ring makes it turtle right away. That defeats the purpose of wearing a cage somewhat, plus it feels a bit odd. Getting a PA fitted isn’t an option because one got ripped out during sex before, leaving me with a massive piss slit now—cute enough but not very practical. I’m thinking about trying a reverse PA though; that looks like it might hurt quite a bit. I don’t mind pain really… Anyway, someone suggested looking into the Tether Spout. I also recently came across a journal entry from another TetherSpout user over on fetlife that includes some pictures of the device in use... I agree with you about the inventor/vendor website being poorly built. However, I can vouch for their reliability and responsiveness when it comes to ordering and shipping, as well as product quality. I know another prospective user who had a failed PA similar to your experience. He hasn’t posted since last October but was struggling with the spout+retainer popping out even though he seemed to be using a correctly sized retainer. My guess (though I’m not medically trained) is that this kind of injury is basically like a meatotomy, and the ligament ring around the glans—which acts as the urethra’s inelastic anchor point for the TetherSpout—is compromised. This might mean the TetherSpout technology won’t work well for you, unfortunately.

Some people report that they do make penis pull-out challenging (some say impossible) for them, but I doubt they reduce the turtling itself.
