How Many Do You Switch Cages for Different Activities?

We have a Cb6k that I wear around the clock and we picked up a wire cage on eBay when we first started exploring this idea. Dealing with nighttime erections, I tried switching to the eBay special because its large size allowed for erection room. In theory it would work out. I’m locked in and sleep well, but my KH has to help me swap devices; she needed to trust that I could put it back on correctly in the morning. I’ve seen many folks using an honor system, but we are aiming for a ‘her lock it and forget it’ approach. This made me wonder: Many of you have multiple cages. Do you swap them out based on your daily activities?

Now that I use a MM device, it stays on without changing. When I wore the CB's LRC used to request changes. I would alternate between the newest CB device and the CB2000. The LRC always preferred this setup until I showed her my MM devices.

I used to need to be unlocked when going for long runs while wearing the CB6000. Otherwise, it would chafe my scrotum too much. I now have a MM Jailbird and have been fine during 3-hour runs.

Same here. With the Mature Meal Jail Bird, I can go 24/7 basically forever with no need to swap devices. I occasionally switch to my Mature Metal Watchful Mistress just for a bit of variety since it offers a somewhat different look and feel.

I do everything in my HTv2S. Massage, physiotherapy, sports. Even diving while playing beach volleyball is okay.

My steel cage (my avatar) suits me best. So I never thought of changing cages.

No change outs for me. Just recently modified my old CB6000s for travel purposes so I asked my wife for a swap out for a couple of days just to make sure the mods worked. Back in the WM now for who knows how long. She said to me this morning before she headed out the door to work, "I'm glad you had a good few days in plastic and that it will be working for you when we travel this summer but [patting my crotch] I happy you're back in steel.";)

Orgasm denial is our main thing. Whether I am caged or not has nothing to do with that. If I take it off for a few hours every few weeks, nothing changes at all.:)

I had to change out when wearing the Steelworxx Steelheart. After a few days, I would get irritation due to urine not completely escaping the enclosed tube. I rarely wear that device anymore, as the irritation issues just aren't worth it. It's also fairly heavy, and I would also gets soreness in my testicles due to the weight. My modified Looker 3 is far more comfortable and much easier to clean. There are still activities I won't wear it…lifting weights, shoveling snow come to mind. Otherwise, it's more just a case of dealing with the usual annoyances of a chastity device (bathroom, etc.).

I am fairly new to this scene in comparison to many of you but I find that of the 2 I own I rarely make the change while doing certain activities. For the gym I have yet to find a comfortable solution. I do workouts at a pretty fast level and there are times half way through an exercise where I'll feel it and almost want to stop because of the comfort level, or lack thereof.

Just got back from a 5 mile run and wore my MM JailBird as usual. Only thing I do differently is to lubricate a little around the rings directly before to reduce chaffing possibility.
