Where Did I Place It?

A few days ago my wife couldn’t find her key ring, and the whole family spent most of the evening hunting for it. We looked everywhere in the house, car, yard, office, and even called over the last five spots she visited during those two preceding days. We finally spotted them tucked into a jacket pocket that she had absently stuffed after juggling other items with her hands full. Later on, once her blood pressure settled back down, I teased her about how fine it was if she lost the car key or even the house key, but there was one specific key she absolutely could not misplace. “Ha, don’t worry, I know exactly where that is.” Yes, you can guess what comes next. This weekend I got a short unlock for some fun before being locked up again. This morning (Tuesday) while we started our day with a run, she went looking for the key to use on her necklace for the house lock, but it was nowhere in sight. Oy vey. She kept checking around as I thought about how to remove the device without getting hurt. “Oh, I know where the emergency backup is; it’s the main one and the necklace that are missing.” Phew. I eventually located a cluster of silver pieces hiding behind her electric toothbrush. She must have dropped them there right after our fun session but didn’t put them away properly, causing her memory to fade shortly afterward. What am I supposed to do with her?
Looks like it's a common occurrence this week.
For ages my wife would constantly lose her keys and forget where she left them. So, giving up on the hope that she'd keep track of them herself, I got her a nice lockbox and we just use a basic brass one for it now. If she loses that particular key again, I can simply cut the device off. The looker 03 doesn't make swapping out locks all that easy though. lol
Sometime back in January of 2013 my wife never mentioned she had 'lost' one of the keys. She figured it would just appear eventually. Well, several months later while I was mulching near our street mailbox, I found it. As I raked underneath the box, I spotted this padlock key there. At first I thought for sure it wouldn't fit my chastity device. I set down the rake and headed into the garage where I dropped my shorts and tried placing the key in my lock. It slid right in and "click" went the mechanism opening up. "Hey Honey, you'll never guess what I found and where." She laughed and admitted she remembered misplacing it, thinking it must have slipped from her hand when she was heading out for the mail. Every time I recall that strange lost key incident between us, I chuckle.
