Hi there,

I’m planning to move up from my Bon4 and am considering a Mature Metal cage. Could anyone offer some guidance on how to measure for the right size? I’d like to nail it down first time around so I don’t have to keep returning it for tweaks.

Thanks in advance for any help!

When I got my MM device the first time, I ignored their official instructions. Looking at their chart, I figured, "I definitely need a cage larger than what they suggest." Being confident in that knowledge, I picked the size I was sure about. Unfortunately, it turned out to be incorrect. For my second order, this time I stuck to their guidelines and ended up with an excellent fit. It sits almost fully enclosed at all times. Getting the cage width right initially is crucial because you can't adjust the diameter. The length allows for adjustment, though doing so isn't cheap. You can also swap out base rings and modify the gap. Here is a link to their measuring guide; ... ty-device/

I always recommend that my subs measure over the course of a full week—ideally on at least three different days, or even daily. Also, take measurements at two separate times each day. This approach provides the clearest picture of how your body (specifically the penis) fluctuates throughout both hours and weeks. Additionally, consider using sizing rings; they are very helpful for achieving a precise fit.

You've received some solid advice up to this point. Even with your experience, I'd still recommend picking up the sizing rings. It's far more cost-effective than buying a replacement base ring or ending up with the wrong cage diameter. Plus, you can resell them for nearly what you originally spent if they end up being unnecessary later on. My one disagreement with MM's sizing instructions is regarding length: I subtract 1/2 in rather than 1/4 in from my measurement, based purely on personal experience.

Wishful - I agree, I'd also think about subtracting 1/2

Definitely get the sizing rings! Don't make any assumptions about how your current device Measurements will translate to the MM device. And don't be shy about asking them if you have any questions. They have been extremely patient and helpful with me.
