Wife/keyholder having issues with the sign-up process

My spouse has been attempting to register since Thursday using a username that includes some form of Eclectic. The confirmation email still hasn’t arrived, and she’s already looked in her junk mail. Any ideas?

I can't find any entry with that name (or a similar variation) on the 'newly registered' list. Since other successful sign-ups have happened between Thursday and today, I know the board software is functioning properly.
