In Search Of A Different Option

Hiya. Back in October I had a question about the Steelworxx Tube Jacket 02. I ended up ordering off of DHgate instead - I decided to order a cheap one to see if I like it before spending tons of money on something I don’t like. I received the DHgate device today, but the diameter (30mm) is too large, which brings me to my question: does anybody know of another place I could get a device in this style, but with a smaller diameter? If not, could someone recommend a similar device? I’m not wanting to spend lots of money only to find out that I don’t like what I ordered, so I’m not looking to buy a “real” device without trying cheaper ones first.
