New user looking for the perfect first chastity device

Hi there! I’m new here and searching for my first chastity device. After measuring up, I realized I might be a bit bigger than expected. My main worry is the ring that sits behind the scrotum. With my smallest measurement taken multiple times to be sure, I landed on a diameter of 57mm. Does anyone know where I can find cages with rings this size?

The cb6k includes five rings as standard, with the largest being 2 inches. You can purchase two extra larger rings separately, though I'm not certain of their exact sizes; I believe the smaller ones step up in 1/4 inch increments.

I have a Holy V3. I'm new to all of this, but I get a burning sensation in my scrotum where the ring touches. According to my measurements, I bought the largest available ring. I've tried lube, baby oil, and powder, but nothing seems to work. What's going on?

If you've already tried lube, my best advice is ease into it gradually. Wear the device until it starts to bother you, then take it off for long enough that you feel normal again before putting it back on and repeating the cycle. I think you'll find your body slowly adapts; your scrotum will stretch a little, and you'll wonder what all the fuss was about. That is exactly how my experience went when I started out.

@KittensBoyToy How wide is that ring? It reminds me of some posts by thumper and my own experience with cock rings. A thin ring can cause pain, whereas a “double-wide” one tends to be more comfortable. Something worth considering. You will spend most of your time inside that ring, so comfort is key to keeping it on.

I agree; sometimes men do well with double rings because they offer more surface area. However, my husband didn't find that comfortable for him. Also, oval-shaped rings might be more comfortable compared to perfectly round ones.

@Schnoff In my case, the ring width didn't make a difference for the irritation when sitting. I experience it with both HT clones and the metal cage I am wearing now. It really comes down to extra pressure on the bottom of my sac while seated.

Have you tried stretching your scrotum out slightly and shifting the ring backward at the same time? Or try the opposite by sliding the ring forward a bit. I find that any discomfort in that specific area gets resolved quickly with one of those adjustments.

I will try moving the ring forward; moving it back doesn't help much. What about an ache or dull pain in my stomach or lower groin area? The discomfort goes away after I take off the device. Currently, I am using the largest ring on the CB6000S that comes with the original kit.

I don't see how any device would cause a stomach ache; it sounds like you just need time to adjust. You mentioned having a Holytrainer V3 earlier, but now you are talking about a CB6000s—are you swapping between them? If so, that might be confusing the issue. If you are currently on a CB6000, what gap size are you running? Perhaps that is the culprit here. Just take your time and change one thing at a time, or it will be hard to figure out exactly what works.
