Recommendation for hypnosis-based chastity

I’m new to hypnosis overall and want to give chastity hypno a shot until it clicks. I need recommendations based on real experience, not just praise for the hypnotist but also which specific tracks or files from them I should pick up. What I’m aiming for is genuine hypno chastity, meaning I shouldn’t be able to touch for pleasure reasons. My concerns are: Findoms sometimes try to hook you into consuming more content or products, or creating a rule like ‘you can only think about me regarding X’; I prefer something purer in that sense. Sissification (I once came across a file with sissy suggestions even though it wasn’t the main theme). Avoiding bisexual/gay cues or ‘you are now my cum dump’ type messages. It is possible to listen to the file with the intention of having an app like Chastikey act as your "Keyholder" - but that might be tough for a beginner. It's not about whether it works, but how long it takes you to enter a deep hypnotic trance. Some people are natural trancers, while others need practice calming their mind and relaxing. Lee has free hypno files on her site; I suggest listening to those first to get used to the process before buying. If you're solo and want to explore hypnotic chastity without an in-real-life keyholder (or a paid arrangement with an online Domme), try The Teasing Game by Dark Freya. You can choose a lockup period from 1 to 30 days, then listen to the file. I could touch as much as I wanted but didn't get very close to breaking until my time ran out. There are extra suggestions that help raise your arousal level while locked. The description might exaggerate slightly, but there was definitely a noticeable boost. Dark Freya also has a 14-day chastity challenge file, though you can't adjust the timing for it. Tom linked to my older thread on this topic. At that time, I couldn't get any "touching allowed" hypno chastity files to work properly. Dark Freya provided the extra oomph needed for me to finally succeed with that style of chastity.
