Hi everyone,

I’m new to these forums. Over the last few months, I’ve owned several cages, and for the past three years, I’ve been exploring chastity wearing with my partner.

Out of all the different devices I’ve used, I find that while my testicles stay positioned between the cage and the ring when flaccid, there is an issue. With the Holy Trainer I purchased, placing the cage into position sometimes traps skin between the cage body and the locking mechanism, which causes discomfort.

Do you have any suggestions for either of these two problems? Specifically, what is the best cage to minimize or prevent slipping out? I’m looking forward to being caged more often and staying in chastity longer. On a positive note, I find the Holy Trainer’s lock easy to use when sleeping; it doesn’t make noise or catch on anything during the night.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hi, I experience similar issues with the HT v3. There is also about 1 to 2 mm of movement on the dovetail slide even when the lock is engaged, which allows skin that folds over the rear part of the cage (behind the ring) to get pinched. I also find it quite easy for my penis to pull out of the cage, although my testicles remain trapped inside. I don't believe there's much we can do about the movement issue because it seems like a manufacturing or material problem. The metal part of the lock appears to wear against the resin where they fit together, so gradually more play will develop over time. Because of this, I decided to try the Birdlock Neo. However, security is only slightly better. The silicone allows too much sensation through to the glans, providing enough stimulation for easy orgasms while caged. It also caused irritation on my penis, forcing me to take three days out of the device; therefore, it was a thumbs down for me, and I returned to using the HT v3. I have now ordered a Cherry Keeper with head lock based on reviews here. It should arrive this week, so by the end of the week, I'll be able to tell you if it's an improvement. I also ordered a fancy steel slim-fit belt. That won't arrive until sometime in February, but I hope it will resolve both comfort and security issues, even though it might be slightly less convenient for concealment. I still need a non-metallic cage for travel. While putting up with the HT v3 for now, I hope the Cherry Keeper proves to be an improvement. My current opinion is that all ball-trap devices have pinch points and are not truly secure unless pierced. That's why we ordered a full belt; I hope it offers the best balance of concealability and security without requiring piercing. Interestingly, I haven't discussed this much with my wife at all. If I can't get along with the full belt after a few months, piercing might be something we consider. The knowledge that there is no potential for self-release unless my wife wishes it to happen is very important to us on this journey. No specific advice other than: don't waste your time on a Birdlock Neo, and I don't think the HT issue is easily solvable. I hope the Cherry Keeper works better and will let you know.

Hi, Just a quick update for those who have been following. Having now worn the Cherry Keeper for four days, I must say it is so far the most comfortable of the plastic devices I've used. There is already a huge variety of rings and cages available that can be combined to create exactly what you want from your device. I was told that if none of the standard options suit you, the designer will craft a bespoke one for a small fee. I would seriously recommend this device; take a look and see what you think. I went with the super-smooth white finish. Note: it is not labeled as "super smooth" on the packaging, but it feels comfortable.
