Hi everyone. I’ve been using a chastity belt for a while now. One night, sleeping with him triggered an erection that pulled the device and put pressure on my balls. I likely had varicoceles before, but this made them worse—I’d never experienced pain until now. My urologist diagnosed it via ultrasound.
Since another check-up is still a few weeks away, I’m curious if anyone here has dealt with this. With typical varicocele issues, the underlying causes remain active, but sudden worsening like mine isn’t that rare. I’m hoping taking off the belt might help things heal back up. Has anything similar happened to you and eventually gotten better?
I had varicoceles in both testicles long before I started any chastity-related activities. They were surgically fixed over nine years ago. It’s a permanent condition rather than something that fades; it's similar to having varicose veins on your balls. Initially, they attempted a minimally invasive approach resembling heart procedures: threading thin cables through the femoral artery up toward the kidneys and down into your testicles. Watching this on a large monitor is fascinating—you can actually feel it happening internally. Unfortunately, one of the vein valves blocked their path, so they had to switch to open surgery via the pubic area. The main concern arises if these veins enlarge; they trap heat around the testicles which can lower fertility. Otherwise, you just get occasional aches.
