Struggling to Find a Good Fit

Hi there! I’m new to the group. Over time, I’ve collected a few different chastity devices… One of them was a custom-made stainless steel piece that wasn’t cheap… My problem is, after having two surgeries on my testicles.. My right one mostly stays tucked inside me now. It can be pulled out with some effort, but not very far. To keep it down, I feel like the device has to be tight enough that more damage might happen soon. The stainless steel cage I got uses a pin inserted through the bottom of the cage, up through my PA hole, and secured with a screw.. It’s a clever design, but this thing is HEAVY! Weighing in at 205 grams (just over 7 oz). Plus, I’m what they call a grower.. so when soft, there’s plenty of extra space inside the cage. The only real way to keep it from slipping off is by wearing a jock strap on top… It’s not super comfortable… I’d love to find a cage that locks via the PA hole, isn’t too heavy for daily wear, and fits snugly enough to stop erections without needing permission.. Got any suggestions? Thanks again!
