Am I the only one who finds comfort in being caged, or do others agree that chastity feels good?

Well here I am almost a month into my adventures with chastity, never thinking i’d actually come to appreciate it as much as I have. Coming into this I figured it would be a fun way to fulfill a curiosity in my life, in addition to challenging myself on how long I could stay in. As to the advice of many on here, I took it one step at a time. - Wore it for several hours, then transitioned to full day wear, left it on to sleep… etc. All of this with the end goal of wanting to see just how chastity life would be, and I must say I am surprised! After surpassing the third day locked up (no unlocking) the uncomfortableness of the thing faded off. - Let me clarify the uncomfortableness isn’t the device, better its letting your body adapt to it and opening your mind to the idea of being locked in. After day three the device and I sort of became friends you could say. I finally had a decent night sleep, and I managed to go throughout the day without being bothered by it at all. The surprise however came on the fifth day when I decided to walk a free man. I say it was a surprise because well, I thought i’d be ecstatic to be cage free! I did enjoy not having to sit down to use the restroom, however I felt like I was missing something throughout the day. Similar to the feeling of having left something at home..like a watch or ring. That day was filled with errands and events I needed to attend and therefore seemed fitting to be cage free and let my unit breath a bit. On that same token going back in the following day, my body accepted the Holy trainer and didn’t wrestle with me to go in. Throughout the day being back in felt comfortable and brought on a sense of normalcy. In a way like being safe.. — Does this make sense? Feedback and comments are appreciated & welcomed.

As strange it may sound to others that haven't experienced chastity, what you have described makes total sense. My wife doesn't really (after 10 years) understand the attraction but this past weekend I was told just before bed to "lock-up" by her. I had been out for some PIV a few days before. As she puts it "I know you like to be denied, that doesn't mean I do". Climbing into bed I handed her the key, kissed her goodnight and said "It feels good to be back in metal". She grabbed a handful of cage under the covers and said "I still don't get it but I'm happy to be your Keyholder" Life is good.

I agree as well, I'm happier caged. It just doesn't feel right to be uncaged. I have even come to enjoy erection attempts, I KNOW the head of my penis is very sensitive, but I can't access it in any way, wonderful feeling.

I have only been locked for a couple of weeks with cleaning every other day but I know what you mean. My husband unlocked me the other day cause he wanted d to give me a blow job. After all was said and finished he wanted to nap but I just didn't feel right not being locked. I asked him if I could lock back and he said yes. It is just so good knowing he has total control

member_3b5665b150 29 Aug 2026 #5

Same for me AlexB! T, my KH, loves me locked in metal. She says she loves the control she has and knowing she can request my tongue at any time, and my desire for her grows hour-by-hour when I’m locked. I do now feel naked only when I am ****completely**** naked, I.e. uncaged. When I’m caged I feel ‘right’. It’s the truth - I don’t like being uncaged!

member_b5e1ee4f3d 29 Aug 2026 #6

It does feel strange when I am left uncaged. I guess comfortable with being caged is as good a way to describe it as any. I just don't think about it much. Current lock up is 94 days and counting.

member_eb92b8b625 29 Aug 2026 #7

The right cage with the right fit is the best most "embraced" feeling you'll ever know. Sure you'll get a pinch or require an adjust here and there but once it becomes part of you, it is discomforting to be free for too long. I have learned to prize not just orgasm but my lady's good night kiss, a free erection when permitted and how delightfully selfish she can be when she permits herself.

Speaking of comfy, We just came back home from dropping off a Christmas dinner to my wife's parents and as we were getting into the car I dropped my keys. As I bent over to pick them up I let out a small groan. My wife said, "the cage digging in?" I replied, "no, your husband is just getting old" Merry Christmas everyone. Stay Healthy and Safe till we can get past this.

To me, wearing a chastity device feels like continuous low level foreplay. The device is constantly, gently and pleasantly stimulating my penis and testicles, and the pleasant sensations are relentless. Uncaged, I might go for hours without noticing, feeling or thinking about my penis, testicles, sex or being horny. While wearing a chastity device, going more than 5 – 15 minutes without thinking of these things is, for me, simply not possible.

member_bb5873ef07 30 Aug 2026 #10

I love it. I have told my wife it feels like her hand is cupping it all day. I constantly think about it too. I just got locked back up an hour ago since being uncaged since 2 days before Christmas (I was bad and got in trouble)

member_c381611b35 30 Aug 2026 #11

I agree. Feels weird not wearing my cage. Been locked for so long, I’ve just gotten used to it.

member_b5e1ee4f3d 31 Aug 2026 #12

I sitting here uncaged as I read the forum. M'Lady unlocked me Yesterday morning to bring in the new year and hasn't locked me back up yet. You are right...It doesn't feel right or normal anymore!

member_e33d73df19 31 Aug 2026 #13

To me. It feels like a layer of protection, a reminder I'm cared for and a reminder that my wife is going with this.. For me. Very comfy now, although I have gone through 12 devices finding both comfort and everything else I want out of it. This morning at approx 7am it wasn't quite as comfy due to nocturnal delights, but that in itself is a reminder that "I still got it! "

member_533142d88b 31 Aug 2026 #14

Unlocked to visit parents and other relatives for Christmas, underwear touching cock is super annoying after all this time, I felt like I'm getting erection at random times which is super embarrassing, and of course stupid urge to masturbate when I've decided long ago not to go back to that habit increased tenfold. Locking it back up was a first thing I did at home after a nice shower.

I think this is actually pretty common with anything you wear. If you wear a watch every single day... try to go for a day without a watch. If you wear any jewelry (wedding ring?)... Think back to when you first put it on... (Ive been married 23 years and I still remember). It felt weird and you would have swore that everyone noticed it. After years of wearing it, you feel neked if you have to take it off. A device around your genitals is pretty much the same thing. The first time you put it on, feels weird and you are convinced everyone knows your wearing it and is looking at it. After years of wearing it, you feel neked without it.

I miss it for a day or two after I get out. And there are days I miss it then again when I am caged there are days I miss not being caged.

member_1cc9204070 1 Sept 2026 #17

I feel very secure, comfy and happy. It feels like my penis is constantly inside my own pussy. It’s the most sexually arousing experience. Not a turn on being put in it but the feeling of being in cased

member_4cba14d876 2 Sept 2026 #18

This is an area which surprised me, to be honest. We've only being into permanent chastity for couple of months now. Every 2 weeks, Mt wife let's me remove my cage to wash everything thoroughly. The first couple of times, it was a bit of relief, albeit for a short time. This morning however, I have to say that I really didn't enjoy being unlocked. In fact I almost felt anxious while I was free and couldn't get I back on quick enough?! I'm assuming like others have said, I've just got so used to it being there now.

member_d99fcbb99f 2 Sept 2026 #19

It's sort of like not wearing your watch or not having your wallet in your back pocket--something definitely feels "off". I think it works for men because we tend to be creatures of habit; phone goes here, pocket knife goes there, penis goes in cage, etc.

member_6cff37e987 2 Sept 2026 #20

I have been locked a majority of the time (Maybe 90%) for several years now. I definitely want my cage back on when my wife leaves it off. We have a female led relationship and that chastity cage is a constant reminder to me of her authority over me and I need that. That is the mental side of it, the physical side is I really do miss the feel of being encased in the steel and the weight of it.

member_57aac90562 3 Sept 2026 #21

I don't think I would classify it as "comfy", but I do like the feeling being "held". I liken it to the feeling of a woman holding my cock with a firm grip - but it never goes away. At least that's what I tell myself!:D

member_9fa5649f17 3 Sept 2026 #22

Great thread and comments. Just three weeks in myself but I do not like to take my cage off. Many times of the day it’s comfy and many times there is a pinch or flash of pain when things get moved around. But waking up with that very wonderful handshake going on in the cage is worth it.

member_55bf291380 3 Sept 2026 #23

In my experience (and I've had a lot), it depends on a combination of lifestyle activity and the device itself. I've worn a number of different chastity devices over the years ranging from Tollyboy-style and Carrera full-belts to CB-2000, CB-3000, Lori tubes (2), and finally my current, "custom-made" tube that locks through my PA piercing and doesn't require a teste ring to hold it in place. It was designed for long-term everyday wear so, yes, it's "comfy". Wearing a chastity device is something that you become accustomed to over time.

member_26b3bf749b 4 Sept 2026 #24

I got to say I miss it when not locked. I feel more open to be able to talk to women freely. It's like I'm more confident because I know well this isn't going anywhere. Often I'll lock .yell up then just drop the keys in her hand and she just says "Thank you" with a big smile!

member_32bbafd31b 4 Sept 2026 #25

I find it very comfy once you get the right cage. It keeps my balls from rubbing against my thighs and chafing, It protects then when my dogs leaps into my lap when I sit down.

member_aaf5ad63ac 4 Sept 2026 #26

My husband gets a little panicky when he's out of his cage for more than a day.

member_f094da2519 5 Sept 2026 #27

I have only recently restarted self locking. Wife is still very not understanding. At least she has come to know that I desire this. Yes I do desire it when not wearing it.. That plays also with my more dominant desire for restraint, which I have mentioned before, which she also does not understand, but tolerates on the same level.

"being unlocked" "not locked" "out of his cage" Would somebody please explain what these phrases mean????????:D:roll:

member_b195396d43 5 Sept 2026 #29

KBT it’s a bit like when Kitten removes Her cage, has you stand with your hands behind your back, cleans the cage, checks the lock and locks it back in place …….. but for longer and Kitten would be silly enough to give you some alone time!!! Never gonna happen but that’s what it is!! MsM’s ld

I've been out since my little trip to the ER last October, and I've kind of become accustomed to it. I recently got a script for Cialis, and last night I got a very nice BJ.:P *She* was the one who got denied. Maybe I'll let her have something this evening.

I suppose there are words that slip from our current register of known vocabulary due to a lack of usage or reference. Somehow I sense a little tongue in cheek here..after all., Not all of us have such a life as yours. Some of us havn't even hardly started.!! If I could project, many of us could even be a bit jealous of the life some of you lead on this forum.. still, reading all the writings keeps a spark of hope alive that maybe ... just maybe someday ....

For me, comfy would be overstating things. I often have mild discomfort, which is generally solved by a little readjustment of hardware and "software". I'm uncircumcised, so bits tend to pop through my bars and that can chafe, plus things can get a bit difficult and pinchy if I'm somewhere where I can't adjust and have to put up with things as they are for a while, but I suppose the last thing I want is to not know it's there.

member_c5a7c75d7b 8 Sept 2026 #36

Steve2059 - I am also uncircumcised, but am fortunate that i have a relatively short foreskin that easily pulls back, which I do when I put any of my devices on. My glans holds the foreskin back most of the time. Sometimes shrinkage and activity will allow the foreskin to creep up a bit. Then, at my first opportunity, I use the back end of an old toothbrush to push it back in place. Obviously, this method can't work if the diameter of your cage is too large.

I'm glad I have the 'trimmed' model.

Unfortunately, I didn't have much say in the matter at the appropriate time.:D By the time I could have had an elective circumcision, what I read about it made it seem not worth doing. Plus, my foreskin being short made it less of an issue. Now . . . being 71 . . . no way.

member_e6d0f38747 9 Sept 2026 #39

I also miss The cage when unlocked. It is very addicting in the beginning with the instant denial which surprised me. Now it is weird when off.

member_a2b604eba8 9 Sept 2026 #40

I realized that those rare times I go without my cage, like when flying on a plane, leave me feeling very uncomfortable. I've become so accustomed to being locked up that freedom feels wrong; the sensation of underwear against my penis is quite annoying. Also, having my penis feel uncompressed and uncontained in the air seems too strange, which makes me constantly crave returning to the cage. My wife didn't quite get it at first, but nowadays she barely notices hehe. She's more than happy to lock me back up when we arrive at our holiday destination.
